bad, but I wonder why I bother buying things online when the store don't care about packing parcels properly.

My nephews birthday present, ordered the day before and sure enough it was in his hands for his birthday. Statue is amazing quality for the price and he is one happy kid!

Was able to source the items I was looking for (monster high dolls) from this store for a great reasonable asking price with no hiccups at all I'm located in nz also and the shipping and money exchange difference etc was again really reasonable and delivered promptly after it's order

partial refund. When contacted for a partial refund, this games/toys/collectibles retailer shockingly claimed that they "do not consider the packaging as part of the figure" (their words verbatim). Very poor practice for items meant as gifts. Order number: 08-14593-66095

Ordered something (A Hatsune Miku figure) as a gift for my sister, two and a half weeks before her birthday, thinking that would be plenty of time for it to ship. The item was then packed and shipped TWO WEEKS after I placed the order, and it didn’t arrive in time for my sisters birthday. After shipping, the item arrived in roughly 5 days, in perfect condition, but the time between order confirmation and the shipment is ridiculous.

or there is no fault found, you will be required to pay the necessary postage fee in order to receive the item back. ” Well, the item is damaged? And if I send back with the same packaging I received them in, they may not provide assistance and I will need to pay further. So now I will need to pay extra to include packaging protection that should have already been used by Gamesmen to begin with? Very poor solution to a problem they caused and expect customers to run to the post office for a chance that they will not even assist anyways? Trying to save money by not using packaging protection and forcing consumers to pay on top is poor business, especially when smaller stores are able to look after customers orders much better. Will not be coming back if this is the solution.
