I had been following Tinnitot’s indoor gym for several years. Back then, I asked Thomas quite a few questions, but in the end I decided not to buy because the shipping cost from Australia to New Zealand was too expensive. This year, now that my kids are a little older, I visited the website again. Thomas reached out proactively and patiently answered my questions, which helped put my mind at ease.
After I placed the order, it arrived much sooner than I expected and it was perfect timing for the school holidays. The kids were absolutely thrilled and honestly thought they were dreaming. They have been playing on it every day.
