A product is nothing with out good support – Great product. And service support. Was 2 hours with NBN techs at AGL . Erin from TP link had it fixed in 15 minutes

Excellent Router – Much better than the ISP supplied modem. Haven't had a reboot or drop out in 6 months. Happy with the speeds and reliability. Only thing is that it doesn't have VOIP built in so if you want to use an old analog telephone on the NBN you need to hook up a grandstream. Connection to NBN – Thanks to Daria at TP-Link I was able to get AC1200 which it says its NBN ready connected. All this may have been avoided with a manual included within the packaging as we are not normally online till we connect up. Show details
