Liquor responded on 18 June 2026 advising that another bottle would be sent direct from the supplier. Asked for tracking information but nothing supplied nor received as at 9 July 2026. BUYER BEWARE.
Great to deal with. Australia post lost my parcel and the team at Uptown Liquor had a replacement delivered the same day.

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. It took 2 weeks of emailing and sending an inquiry through their website site to receive a lackluster response. In the meantime I opened up a credit card dispute because it felt like a scam at that point. Finally got a tracking number and thank goodness the item was received the next day. nearly 3 weeks to get to me, which is fine in this case but at least communicate with me that there's a delay. I will not order from them in the future and suggest others not to either.

I ordered 2 bottles of whiskey with this business, they didn't post the items for 2 weeks. I've been writing emails and sending messages on their website, no response what so ever. Now I have raise the dispute with my bank, hopefully I'll get my money back. Don't buy from they is my honest advice.

As has been mentioned by others, these guys are just abysmal. I envisage they won't be operating soon enough as clearly there's something amiss with this mob. No response to emails or even PayPal. Stay away from this merchant.
I have bought from thos seller as the website states fast Australia wide shipping but that is far from the truth . They take a week to dispatch and another week to deliver. I have ordered from the USA and got my order quicker . Dont bother shopping here as the customer service doesn't exist. They don't answer emails ever. Just another company that likes to splash their website with false promises
