smile on my face, I usually use 2 pods on a 350ml coffee and was never really impressed, so I did the same here, 2 pods for 350mls and wow what a difference it was substantially stronger and put a massive smile on my face and could not wait to get on to google and tell everyone, if your thinking of buying these pods and have not done so yet then DO iT!! Buy the bulk pack Strength 14 and you will never look back, Thank you Urban Brew for restoring my faith in pods :-)

instead of Expressi so I was sent the wrong size pods. I contacted Urban Brew to see if I could send back the order and within minutes they had rung me to try to rectify the situation. They volunteered to send me a new variety order of the correct Expressi size pods and could not have been more helpful or generous. I will now be buying “Urban Brew’ pods permanently and recommending them to our friends. Thank you so much.

The brew comes out smooth and smells fresh right away, which makes a big difference in the mornings. It’s not too bitter, and the flavour feels balanced enough even without adding much milk or sugar. Show reply

The best coffee pods ever. I have Aldi machine and the pods work perfectly. I love the long shot pods. The taste is superb and I’m pretty fussy with coffee. Always a fast delivery. I’ll definitely keep buying them. Show details ·  1

I bought these pods late last year, I used the rest of my nespresso pods on a nespresso machine I had owned for 5+ years with no problems. Days after starting to use the urban brew pods, my machine stopped working. After contacting Nespresso, they stated that their machine is not compatible with any other pods despite what other suppliers may say… Read more

If you read the terms and conditions on the website, Urban Brew say the information provided is inaccurate and you need do your own research into the compatibility of their product. It's just misleading information and has cost me nearly $500 to get a new machine.

I don’t drink coffee so can’t comment on that but the pods are not labelled. If you want a mix of pods, you need to mark each one so guests know what you’re getting. Frustrating when you order 50 at once and you were told the issue would be fixed months ago! Show details

Large issues with quality control. Anywhere up to half the pods in a box are not properly sealed, therefore exposing the coffee grounds to air and significantly affecting the flavour. I've been buying their pods for 6 months, but the issue keeps getting worse. I reported the issue to their customer support, and they refused to accept this was an issue. This is a small Aussie company, which in the scheme of coffee pods businesses, (which are absolutely delicious), that deserves your consideration if you are looking for Aussie grown, great service and absolute dedication to customer satisfaction. Have ordered three times now now and was stoked on price, speed and quality both times. Included a free gift on first two occasions too (3rd order still inbound). Really ideal alternative to dropping into Aldi, as we use these for a business and "time is money". The pods are also better than Aldi's! I can't believe these guys aren't rated higher tbh. Just ok – Ok, not great. I've purchased plenty of nespresso compatible pods, both before and after the equipment change. Since the change the flow is very poor. I've tried other nespresso compatible pods to ensure that the flow issue isn't the machine and the machine is fine. Taste is fine, but the price does not match the quality. Likely won't purchase again.

Good quality environmental pod – I have two LOR machines. Nespresso compatible. The pods pierce and work well just like the Lor ones. Coffee flavour is comparable or a little better. land fill but at least they will degrade there over time. The tip to use the specific measure for the pod and use an extra pod for a larger coffee produces the best results. Financially pod coffee only makes sense if you use it instead of buying a coffee but Urban Brew is great value if bought in bulk. Using almond milk $2 - $2.50 for a large coffee rather than $5+. Obviously an espresso machine or Aeropress and ground coffee is significantly cheaper. 5 stars in my experience for pods.

OK, not great – I've just purchased the Long Shot and Strength 6 for Nespresso machines. Good company to deal with - prompt, polite and professional. Coffee is fairly ordinary though. Fantastic coffee on a budget – I've had a subscription with Urban Brew on-and-off for approximately 18 months. They're almost the cheapest pods available and definitely don't taste like the cheap option! The pods provide good flow rate in my Nespresso pod machine. The only issue I could say I have with Urban Brew is the decaf coffee pods do not pour well whatsoever. They often dribble out in small amounts and are far less reliable than the rest of their range. Show reply

Issue with decaf pods – Much as I enjoy Urban Brew coffee and the ethics behind it I find the decaf pods are packed too tightly and the water has trouble getting through them on coffee machines. The non decaf pods are fine.

Urban Brew pods are made from poor quality material and leak coffee grinds into the machine – Since Urban Brew changed their pods, the pods do not pierce properly in our machine (standard Nespresso machine, short shot) and leak coffee grinds into the machine and only water goes into the cup. Amazing tasting coffee – Everyone talks about how fast delivery is and how the pods are environmentally friendly. Nobody says how awesome the coffee tastes. Well done Urban Brew team, I would say that this is as good as pod coffee gets. Disappointing experience – Unfortunately this was disappointing: The pods leak coffee ground into the cup rendering the experience unenjoyable... We tried the coffee bean chocolates and they are too biter, the waffle cups are nice but get instantly soft when the coffee is poured into.
