impressive camera with compromising battery life – The 360 view camera is really helpful for capturing the perfect angles of my baby while they sleep. Overall great baby monitor. I recommend – I am happy with this purchase and would happily buy it again. I love the high quality image, night vision mode and the size of the screen. to get it back. - The lullabies play so loudly through the monitor, you have to practically mute it on the monitor end, which defeats the purpose of the monitor. - it did take a very long time to arrive after purchasing

and this progressively worsened over the 7 months we have been using it. Now experiencing issues with the monitor cutting out and losing signal. Customer service team were initially good to deal with however it has been over a month and I am still yet to receive correspondence on my replacement. I have now requested a refund and purchased another unit

still has more than 50% charge by the evening. We live on an acre and the unit only loses connection right on my boundary. About to purchase a second one for the next baby. Highly recommend, can't find anything in the baby shops that even comes close.

yourself $100 and buy it wholesale from a website like [Name Removed]: [Content Removed] All [Name Removed] are doing is buying the units and re-branding them, then charging you an extra $100 for the privilege. No wonder there's no customer service.
Terrible product – Would not recommend. Monitor stopped charging after just 3 months of use. Communication has been terrible after sending machine back and no replacement has been arranged. The product took months to come when originally purchased. Monitor does not hold the charge and definitely not worth the money.
Not great – The camera doesn't hold charge at all. You have to have it plugged in 24/7 otherwise it's dead. The screen barely lasts a night without needing to be charged. Occasionally the screen will just be black but you can hear that noises, you need to turn it off and on again to reset it. If this wasn't a gift I would have sent it back but from reading other reviews, they won't give refunds anyway. Don't recommend.

weren’t looking for many features anyway and it seemed to do the job until it decided to die on us. Of course it was way past the return time frame when it happened since I had received the item for my shower which was over a month from my baby’s arrival. They offered a replacement once I returned the one I had. I shipped this back to them late Oct and I am still waiting for a replacement. I asked if they could provide a refund because I need a camera since my baby had started to roll but customer service has been quite crap. Took me a couple of emails (after they ignored a couple of emails before that) to get my message across only to hear back that they can’t refund since the 30 day time had been up. They also said their stock was meant to arrive in 3-4weeks but it’s been way longer than that time frame. I am still waiting for a replacement unit. Super disappointing. I do not recommend at all. Posting at mid jan ‘23 and STILL waiting for this elusive replacement. If I had purchased this myself and not received it as a gift, I’d have involved my credit card company.
Crystal clear and effective – I would recommend this monitor for its fantastic video quality and features for its price range. The 360 view camera is so useful for panning around and getting the perfect view of baby as they move in their sleep. for the price. Update: After 1 year and a half the battery life is very poor, with the monitor needing to be charged constantly. The picture is suddenly bleeding and looks like it will soon die completely.

excellent at 5”, zoom feature is incredible, you have the ability to remotely tilt the camera almost 360 degrees and the ability to talk through the camera is another great feature. If you have the patience to wait for the delivery I would do it as it is worth the wait
Shop around before purchasing – It's easy to use and set up. A good 360 view with a clean and clear video. The max volume is not loud enough especially when you're asleep, therefore you may not get a good night's sleep as you'll be constantly checking the monitor. The battery life isn't good either. It will need to be charged multiple times during the day.

Nil transparency re significant delays – A dreadful customer service experience interacting with bots who promise to update me on dispatch/shipping details- and here I am 2 weeks later waiting for an item which promised same day dispatch and for which I paid for expedited delivery. Pathetic support/customer service – I ordered this baby monitor on 17th Aug and since then trying to follow up on the order status. However, unfortunately I am getting little to no support from Mifo support staff at all. Wondering how they will support the warranty or any issue with product. Back to the baby monitor. It's awesome! The clarity of picture is fantastic, during the day you have colour at night it does turn like a blue sepia but you don't loose the clarity in the picture.
We lost the internet overnight but because the monitor runs independent of the net, it kept working happily. Also the battery life is ample for over night. So far I've only lost on bar out of four for running it off mains overnight, about 8 hours, which is very impressive. The only thing that could be a worry, is that the actual camera runs off mains power with no provision for battery back up. Being a baby monitor, I feel this feature is a must however, my room is close enough that I can still hear things, I just really needed a visual clear camera which this definitely ticks the box for.
There are 8 lullaby's, VOC levels, magnifying up to 4x,you can add a second camera, room temperature, volume, pan up down left right. Most importantly, the panning down actually has good range. We compared it with our EUFY camera and it goes much lower.
I'm really pleased with this purchase and although my purchase was off to a bumpy start, I do highly recommend it.
