We returned faulty product and selected replacement as the resolution. Instead, Wild Secrets issued a refund without agreement not covering the cost to repurchase (shipping excluded) they refused to provide a shipping code to rectify this error and proceeded to also ban the account from ordering again. The business has acted in clear & undenied… Read more
retaliation for factual negative reviews left elsewhere on an independent and unrelated matter. -This isn’t just poor customer service; it’s retaliatory and unlawful. Refusing service over negative reviews is one thing, but wilfully breaching basic consumer rights is another.
As a warning to all; -If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect fair treatment is a given. As long term customers our efforts to find reasonable resolution or compromise was met with disdain.

Terrible customer service – Product broke after barely one year of normal use, as it was outside of warranty period, the retailer refused my request for a repair, refund, or replacement under consumer guarantee laws. Have escalated further and very unhappy with communications from the website. Customer service reps are terrible.
