The Vault shiraz is a good value for money wine for every day use. I purchased a case to start with and shared a couple of bottles with friends. Result - we purchased another 3 cases one for each of us.

This wine was ordered and paid for by the 1st September. I was told that the payment was pending but after consulting with my banking establishment the payment had left my account on the same day. Sold a 98 rated Cabernet and delivered a 65 rated wine good for cooking. Also sold a cheap Pinot that I will give away to people that don’t appreciate good quality wines

I have been buying wines from Wine Central for about 8 years now. From the initial contact, I was offered to one person to deal with, and I organised the frequency of the calls. I let them know our preferences and if something they were sure we would love, turns up, to call. I recommend this wine service. Show reply

Very pleased with the wine that arrived. Good price and a good drop, no issues with the free delivery either. My only gripe is that when you ask to be taken off their phone list they don’t seem to want to do it … and keep ringing! Show reply

I ordered 2 cases of wines which were to be delivered within 5 days. Only 1 case was delivered. The case of chardonnay is still outstanding since 6th August so I have requested a refund. Dont promise what you cant deliver!

I was sent the wrong wines. I was told you will take them back . We tried two bottles and did not enjoy them. I am happy to consider replacing with another shiraz e.g. The Saddller.

After being assured that I would receive a hand picked selection of great white wines for $120 I find I have received a stock standard mixed white selection from Dan Murphy. only had one and was heavy on pinot gris and pinot grigio which I consider to be wines that are pleasant but not great. Please do not call me again as I have other distributors who offer a far superior range at similar prices.

Ridiculously pushy on the phone in the initial call, from both the salesperson AND the person taking payment. No care of customer service, talking over the top of me, and the wine isnt that great either. I'll never order from Wines Central again.

part of our order. When I challenged the fact we ordered 2 dozen, not 28 bottles they advised they would follow up. I’ve heard no more, am 6 bottles short and on checking, could have bought the same cleanskins for under $9 each. I will never buy from them again.

My previous order cost $109 for a dozen Fat Tree Cabernet Sauvignon. This order cost $139. I was told it would be the same price as previously so I am not happy with the increase in price when I was told the price was $109.

Good information, quick wine delivery and an excellent red wine that lives up to its verbal description. The free freight was the final lure that secured my decision to buy. Without it - probably not. Show reply

I have not had good service lately even though I am told I am a valued customer. I have had 2 deliveries which are not the ordered wine and can not get them returned!!!

Once I buy I get spam called numerous times a day. When I don't answer they rarely leave a message. So noe I block every number . occasionally I get a text which is great. Also twice my card has been compromised and it is only the wine vault that I have ordered online. Also the wine I order doesn't always arrive some other wine turns up. The more you spam the less I will buy. Terrible business sense.

Did not meet any basic expectation and ripped off. Sold as free delivery, only if you live in that state, called it out and said cancel order. Order put through anyway and now you ask for review on how good the wines are when they haven’t even been delivered. What a joke! Never ever contact me again!

Bought 1 case Shiraz (not to my liking so gave to brother-in-law, and 2 cases of Rose which we have had before on deal the 2nd case would get a $20 discount. Charged the full amount, then challenged and said would refund the $20 on my credit card used on 24 August. Now 1 Sept and no refund !!!!!

seller (female)was polite but a little too pushie. needs to understand that people will buy what they want and not be obligated to buy a product. i was told that you wouldnt call me back but only email me from now on. This is how i buy wines from journeau winery in the clare valley. Show reply

very pushy sales tatics was called by a silent number the salesman said I ordered some wine three months ago even if i said I was interested should not have assumed I would still want it

Don't appreciate the "on-selling" that happens after one commits to a dozen buy. Just tell us up-front what the 2 or 3 offers are (making it clear at the earliest that any prices are freight-inclusive)
