Service was good, ant the wine tremendous quite happy with everything

wine is my wifes favorite. it is our 2nd dozen. 1st delivery to front door. 2nd delivery taken to post office. we live in a gated community so safe to leave on porch. regards ken.

Couldn't be happier in my dealings with World Wine company. The French champagne I wanted is getting harder and harder to find and my usual source has dried up. But these guys found it somehow and it was delivered to me today in a very reasonable time frame. Communication was excellent and I will definitely buy through this company again.

Easy site to negotiate online purchase. Superb wine. Great, prompt communication when l changed order to "gift" so invoice was not included. Would recommend this Seller

I love buying wine from World Wine. They have a great selection of wines that really suit my palate and best of all at excellent prices. Customer service is excellent as well.

Nice to find an Aussie outlet that sells English sparkling wine. I bought three bottles for my Aunt and uncle and their family, because they tried it when they came over here last year and loved the quality

I ordered wine 12 days ago, and have not received a tracking number, forget about the wine itself. Apparently their warehouse team isn’t even responding to customer service. Have asked for refund but not yet received anything. Extremely poor service and process. Will not recommend this at all

Ordered a specific bottle of wine as a Godparent gift on the 14th of May. Received an email informing me that the order could not be filled over 2 weeks later on the 1 Jun, 7 days later than the advertised delivery date at time of purchase. I was notified of stock unavailability, there was no attempt to rectify the situation, discount for time wasted or advise of alternative options.

I will not engage with the company again and I am posting this review so future customers do not have their time wasted by products that are advertised as available at the time of purchase.

Had a 'delivery delayed' email 13 days after my order. Received no further communication until I chased 25 days after my order. Apparently a bottle got damaged in transit with no suitable alternatives. Have asked for a full refund which I expect will be received. No goodwill gesture offered. Terrible experience.

I was able to create a new account with World Wine, order the Gerwürztraminer that I wanted, payed for and shipped to my PO address in 15mins!!! Very efficient. It arrived within a week, well packed and undamaged. Thank You. Jeanne Rasmussen

Totally unrealistic delivery timeframes quoted on website (4 to 8 days) … my order was placed well in advance for a special birthday but after numerous emails was eventually delivered quite some time (nearly a month) after the expected time - most disappointing! The correspondence from customer service was however very good (with the excuses) but WHY should I have had to chase it up anyway!

Wine arrived well packed and on time. Unfortunately there was an issue with some incorrect bottles but this was rectified quickly and efficiently by Hans who went out of his way to make the return process easy for me. This is the time when a good operator shows their worth, after sale. Thanks

Excellent service and support! I have had two separate deliveries with World Wine and they provided excellence service and value for money. Incredibly happy with my wine purchases. With my last order, I made a mistake with personal details and delivery address, and they were so helpful, spending time to ensure that my issue was resolved.

First few deliveries were slow but arrived eventually. Their supply chain seems to be fraught with delays. They put up stock on their web site and once an order is placed they go off to the winery and seek supply. The winery send the wine to WW and then WW send the wine to us the customers. There also seems to be a disconnect sometimes as to what's available at the winery versus what is advertised on WW web page. Show details

Prices are ok, delivery is a problem with a long delay and emails necessary. In the end not all bottles arrived. I got a refund, though the time needed for taking photos, writing emails and the effort make this places only a third choice and as this is a repeat problem they lost me as their customer for ood Show details

Beautiful wine. Totally enjoyed it. Would buy it again. Great blend between chardonnay and Riesling.

Great wine! The process of ordering from World Wine was simple, the price was better than I have seen elsewhere, and it was delivered promptly.

Delivery was quick but I was not offered option of having it left by the back door if not at home. Going to the PO was difficult and meant collection delayed by several days because of PO opening hours.

Ordered on December 30th, no updates or response to my email sent a couple of days ago. Do not recommend. EDITED ON 04 02 2026: they responded to my email a few days after my initial review, with a lot of fluff but no real ETA. would have appreciated if they were transparent from the beginning rather than giving me excuse after excuse for the delay.

We ordered some Prosecco for Christmas from World Wine. It took three days for them to dispatch the wine. So an order placed on 16 December didn’t arrive until 1pm on 24 December. When I opened the box I found that 6 bottles of rose had been sent rather than the 6 bottles of sparkling that I ordered. Very disappointing to have such a late arrival… Read more

of the incorrect order when we were hosting 20 people for lunch the next day. Companies solution was for me to return the case to Australia Post as they found my order still sitting at their warehouse. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Wines were delivered as ordered and delivered on time. Haven’t tried the wines yet.
