Wybot C2 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner

Very simple to use. Charge the unit, install the app and select your preferred cleaning mode, then drop the unit into the pool and off it goes! Our pool is brand new and still has a lot of debris on the bottom from the build. This little guy has not only cleaned up boring leaf matter but cement bits! On 3 successive runs the filter basket was chock full of it! Having spent a lot of time looking into different robot cleaners, i'm very happy (so far) with my choice and the job it's doing.

The Wybot customer service team are not responsive. Numerous emails asking for assistance and not one reply. All they want is your money and customer service is not on their radar. Buy another type to avoid any grief down the road because this mob doesn’t care about you.

What a disgusting company there’s absolutely no service none whatsoever can never reach or speak to anyone let alone a response from their support team I’d never buy from again. Two hours even on live chat and nothing no service nothing.

I’ve had this pool cleaner for about 10 days and in a word “WOW”. It arrived quickly, looks great, is simple to use, fast to charge (3 hours) and picks up dirt from the walls and the floor that my scrubbing with a pool brush cannot remove. The C2 has a turbo mode and an ultra fine filter which you can use for a super clean but the standard filter and large basket easily picks up particles like sand.
