Bought the Rambler 20 and it leaked considerably on the first day I used it - no rough use or tipping of container required. Yeti won’t replace as apparently lids are not leak proof. However a Yeti cup I received as a gift did not leak at all even when tipped. Thus I ordered a larger size. Sorry Yeti you have lost my business. Very poor form. Show details

Definitely disappointed with my 1st Yeti purchase. I found out after I purchased it that the lid is definitely not spill proof and not really even splash proof. The liquid spills through even with very little movement. But the worst part is it barely kept my coffee warm for 2 hours and that was on a hot summers day sitting in a car. Not worth the money. Went to all the trouble of having it engraved befor using it, big mistake. Does insulate the hot & cold however the leaking sliding magnetic lid is a real let down. Any slight movement at all results in coffee leaking out of the lid. If not for the money I spent on engraving I would have returned it. Definitely need a better design for the lid.
Not worth the price – I'm a bit too disappointed with this tumbler. Although it looks awesome, comes in nice colours, and I love the personalisation option, it barely keeps drinks hot for two hours. I got this specifically so I can have drinks at my desk while minimising the risk of spilling and it's not spill proof at all, you can almost pour the drink from it, while the lid is shut, if you lean it a bit. Not worth the money. Quality is overrated – My Yeti brambler bottle chug caps keep being malfunction after a few months of use (unable to tight it, keep dripping/leaking as a result). Love the rambler!! and good customer service – My husband lost the removable lid and after looking everywhere we could not find the replacement. Yeti Australia – I love yeti cups. I have 5 rambler 20oz rambler cups and 2 can holders. They are amazing. I put the cups beside my bed at night and by morning there is still ice in the cup. the lid on correctly as I have never had a leak. Some say there lid seal goes moldy but if you are drying them properly before storing there shouldn't be mold. I have been using yeti for 2 years and have never had an issue. They have seasonal colours so I'm always buying more as I love them so very much. Do I recommend them? YES I absolutely do. One very happy customer. They also sell extra lids and magnet sliders if your seals wear out or you lose the slider. The sliders stick well so in the 2 years I've had them I have never had to replace my slider
Just wow !!! – My Yeti Was a recent gift from a family member, the coffee mug is huge & lasts most of the day staying hot on a winters day. I am super impressed with the lid how it can be taken apart & washed thoroughly. I would def recommend

Bottle leaks and zero customer service – Paid $130 for a Yeti Rambler Bottle. It leaks and is of poor quality. No response from anzcustomerserive@yeti.com, after repeatedly sending emails. Fantastic Product Quality - pity of the AU customer service – Fantastic Product Quality - we ordered online 2 x 20oz tumblers and handles - yes expensive but worth it. Never have coffee go cold or ice melt in your drinks again – I was forever drinking cold coffee because it would cool down too fast for me to drink it while it was hot.
