Our clock came faulty, it is missing a part where you input batteries. I tried 3x contacting customer service. No answer. Very disappointing Show details

Total fail for us – My 2 yo loves this clock so much that on first use, he woke up at 1am to play with it, outsmarted the "child lock" so it went green so that he could get up, and had a meltdown when it was put out of reach. Show details

Fantastic sleep clock! – This has been the best purchase since moving my daughter into her big bed. Not only does it help with getting her off to bed (“look, Sam’s asleep, it’s bed time!”) but she waits patiently for him to wake up in the morning, before sprinting to our room yelling “Sam’s awake!” Before buying it, I had concerns about the eyes waking her up, as they do… Read more

make a ‘click’ sound, however she has slept through it multiple times when she needed to, and she’s a very light sleeper. Initial setup is a little confusing, but once you work it out it’s really easy to change the time etc. If we have had a late night out I will sometimes change Sam’s wake up time to a bit later, which only takes a second. I love the yellow ‘nearly time to get up’ light, BUT I think 30 mins is too long, 15 would be better, because sometimes if she starts to stir and notices the yellow light is on, she will sit and wait for him to wake up rather than going back to sleep. That’s just being picky though, we absolutely love this thing and I’m so glad we bought it! It has made the cot to bed transition so much easier, and I’m keen to recommend it to everyone!

Does the opposite of what we wanted! – When sam wakes up in the morning (whatever time you set) his eyes open and they make a clicking noise which has woken my daughter up on multiple occasions. Goodbye any chance of a sleep in. Show details

Great sleep trainer!!! – We got the clock for my 2.5yr old when transitioning from cot to bed. It has been a fantastic purchase. My son went from getting up at 5.00am to staying in bed until 6.30am. We set the sheep to turn green at 6.30am so at 6.00am it turns orange. We told my son that if he wakes and it's orange he can read a book...and that's exactly what he goes. My… Read more

son gets so excited when it turns green "Good Morning Mummy...the sheeps green so it's time to get up". He even gives the sheep a hug. It doesn't quite have the same effect when its time to go to bed but that's a work in progress. The controls are a little confusing but once you get used to them it's not so bad. I highly recommend giving this clock a go.

Good clock – I previously wrote a negative review after a having a few issues with our clocks. Initially I thought the clocks were faulty as they stopped working after a week (they would show the wrong time), but since then I realised that the cord is a little loose at the back of the clock, so if it gets knocked slightly, the time resets. This is an issue for… Read more

us sometimes as the kids might be reaching for their water bottles and accidentally knock their clocks, and sometimes when cleaning, the cord has come a bit loose when I've moved it. Also, after I sent the clocks back the first time because I thought they were faulty, it was brought to my attention that if you try to reset the clocks after the set bedtime, then the clock will stay green (awake) until the next sleep time the next day. Which is a massive flaw. So at those times I've had to disconnect the clock for the whole night so my kids dont wake up in the middle of the night and think its time to get up. When its working fine, its a good system. I have 2 for my 4 and almost 6 year old, and about to get one for my 2.5 year old who has just been moved to a bed.
