Cons are it is a little more expensive than what I think a high chair is worth, the foot bar only has two positions and it took my little one a really long time to be able to reach his feet down to the foot bar, and it is a very deep chair so when my baby was younger we had to roll towels behind his back so he felt more supported.

I really love it, i vary the lights but seem to have it religiously on volume 2. And the oils are all so beautiful and comforting albeit a luxury to have to repurchase. It would be one of the main baby items id recommend, sleep isnt guaranteed and it is so varied with babies, but using the machine, I found gave them the best chance to build a sleep routine, its been an essential item for me and continues to work so well.

sheet that is baby bjorn, which wasnt waterproof, or no option to get a fitted mattress cover, the sheet was expensive and extremely low quality, its so thin, see through and when washed all the stitching came un done, the mattress is a special size that most cot sheets in stores do not fit are either too small or too large and unsafe, if you want us to buy specific sheets and charge a fortune maybe make something that is actually quality not see through, thin and cheap and falls apart after 1 wash!

travelled with it yet we’ve been using it in our lounge room while our baby girl is very young and bassinet is great and does everything we need. Was super easy to put together and is super light. Opportunity to make the mattress one piece but understand that might come with extra weight, our girl doesn’t seem bothered by it and will sleep no worries. Overall looking forward to you travelling with it in a couple of weeks. Ended up buying the matching sheets to go with it but you can easily put a standard cot sheet over and it’s a bit baggy but it does work.

went into his mouth so we used the traditional swaddle more. But we did use it much more consistently after that especially when he started to be able to escape the swaddle at night. We had a friend who gave us 2 swaddles but bought us the smallest size and our baby was on the upper weight limit so we requested an exchange for both. 1 to the next size up and 1 to the larger one. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get the exchanged item (due to the process of returning via friend and then getting from friend) and my baby was again at the upper weight limit of one of the exchanged item ! I emailed customer service to see if they would allow another exchange and they said yes and arranged an exchange to our address instead of our friend. I think this is really an example of great Aussie customer service.

night on our 3 month old and she can still get her hands right up to her face when the arms are zipped down by her side. The material is very stretchy. Unfortunately she slept terribly. The other thing I dislike about it is that for daytime naps you have to undress your baby down to a singlet to put the swaddle on and then redress when they wake up. Long sleeved onesies will not fit underneath. When you have a little one who has lots of naps during the day it becomes inconvenient. There is also a no returns policy for used and washed items. As I bought 2 swaddles and washed them before first use, I have wasted $120. It’s a great concept but I’m sorry to say that I wouldn’t recommend.

Video differs differs from the product delivered.l but struggled through it and got it setup. Mattress is permanently deformed as a c shape and a suffocation hazard to the child and product is very unstable. Have reached out to Phil and teds but customer service don’t offer any help, just imply it’s not their problem and not their baby. Would avoid this brand, don’t even have a contact number to call for issues.
