look like iv lost 20kg, I was mid 90kgs now I’m mid 80kgs, and haven’t changed much of what I eat, even though my stools haven’t been solid when taking xenical, it’s ok for me because I’m on my own and no one has to hear the explosion after iv eaten fatty food. in the morning as its so easy to just take on the go. I only use 3/4 of a scoop and add 2 heaped teaspoons of ground up oats (good for your gut). I use Oat milk and make the night before so the ground oats soak to be soft. Sometimes put it in the freezer for an hour to make a yummy milkshake! I am addicted to this routine its tasty and keeps me full till around 2pm.

a bottle and thought why not. Started taking 1 tablet a day and after a week could feel a slight difference in strength, stamina and mood. Definitely nothing over the top, though. However, after 4 weeks the effects were undeniable. The increases I noticed the most were fat loss around the mid section and chest, and an increase in mental focus, sharpness and mood. Muscle mass is virtually the same. The taste is fine for my liking, but for those who don't like Fenugreek or spices, it might come off as a bit unpleasant. Also, the high dosage of Fenugreek causes my sweat and urine to smell maple syrup-ish. To first timers of this product: don't expect a miracle in a few days. Give it a good 3-4 weeks to kick in, you won't be disappointed.

it satisfactory in every way. I espcially like the absence of carbs. By accident, I bought a jar of chocolate. The taste is a little sweet, but otherwise good. The problem is, it does not matter whether you shake it 100 or more times, or stir it for a long time, the stuff doesn't dissolve. Instead, it clumps to the spoon or the shaker cap or the sides of the shaker. Consequently, you don't get the full 25 grams of protein unless you maybe round off the scoop, which means fewer servings per bottle. If you want Dymatize ISO 100, buy the vanilla, NOT the chocolate unless you also want a lot of waste.

fat, in spite of diligent daily diet control and exercise. We feel woozy, "out-of-it" and lethargic most of the time, feelings we never experienced before beginning the GenF pill regimen. In my opinion, this product is a waste of money and ineffective. I say this based on the results my wife and I have experienced over a period of more than a year of taking this supplement. We plan to discontinue paying their rip-off price for an ineffective dietary supplement once our current supply is depleted. We are still hoping to experience the benefits touted by the vendor, in which case we would continue using the product, but I seriously doubt anything will change within the next six months.
