fill up my canister with one bag of man shake because two would be to much, but what I've found now, is that, mysteriously I can put two in the same canister. So your paying more for the same product but getting less volume in a different colour package.

I began this journey at 75 kg and maintained a daily calorie intake of 1,200. I’ve been having two shakes per day — one in the morning and one at lunch.

Within the first month, I lost 5 kg and have since lost an additional kilogram. I'm aiming to lose another 5 kg over the next month if I stay consistent.

have to use the cpap which I hate having the mask on my face despite it truly being life savior when am at my limits. My goal is to lose weight fast to avoid having to use the machine and by December once it’s Christmas time and will see people that haven’t seen me in ages. artificial taste, the texture is great it mixes well with water or milk and also great for adding into meals. I can add it to my overnight oats or wheetbix to help reach my protein goals without realising it’s in the food. Drinking on its own I know I’m drinking good quality protein without the nasty flavour. Always come back to VPA protein now after trying many other brands.

actually well balanced and not overly sweet. I found it tastes perfect when mixed with around 50 ml more milk or water than the recommended amount.

The mixability is excellent, it blends smoothly and easily without leaving any clumps. I even mixed it into plain Greek yoghurt, and it practically disappeared into it while blending really well.

Overall, the flavour is delicious, the texture is smooth, and the mixability is impressive. I highly recommend it! I can’t wait to try the other flavours.

look like iv lost 20kg, I was mid 90kgs now I’m mid 80kgs, and haven’t changed much of what I eat, even though my stools haven’t been solid when taking xenical, it’s ok for me because I’m on my own and no one has to hear the explosion after iv eaten fatty food. It’s taken a few months for weight to really start going , the last month has been the most productive, iv been going on the exercise bike when watching tv, I do that until my legs hurt , stop until they don’t , then do it again, probably for 15mins, every second day and I believe that’s what has made the difference, weight lose is generally all over, I was worried because I was losing my butt , hence the bike, my stomach is the slowest to go, but it’s happening, im 5.6ft , around 98kg when i began, I didn’t want to take anything that would change my chemistry in my body , so thought, xenical is worth a go, iv never leaked oil, or had an accident, iv had lots of horrible smelling wind and explosive poops, which the poops are mainly morning and wind at night, I recommend it.

for last 2 months(1st thing in the morning). I have changed nothing else (diet, lifestyle, exercise) and I have noticed no change to weight or energy levels. It's easy to drink and tastes okay. Maybe it would help as part of an exercise plan? On its own had no effect for me.

favourite shakes are Strawberry, Creamy chicken, Asian Beef and Caramel. But all are ok. I have made some of the recipes as well -soups which help stay on track. The zucchini and cauliflower soups are delicious. Love having the allowed berries after my shake for brekky.
