I just love this clothesline. I purchased in 2019 and have used it daily since. It is sturdy and functional and easy to move as the folding mechanism… Read more

works well. Their after sales service is exceptional, as recently I had reason to replace a bracket. Their customer service was prompt and the parts were sent to me free of charge. The line is now back to new and going strong. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Such a workhorse clothesline and so functional.

I purchased a rotary clothesline from Bunnings. I thought my son and l could take the old one out and put the new one in but we couldn’t. I called… Read more

Bunnings to see how much they charge to install and it was over $300 plus. That would make buying and installing over $700. Considering they sold it l thought it would have been much cheaper.

LIGHT & EASY – This very light weight, aluminium airer would not suit either those who are heavy handed nor extra heavy blankets. However it's easy to assemble, to carry and store. Show details

I have a 6 Line version of this. 3.5 years use and all six lines are frayed where the tensioner clamps them. Does this mean I'm up for $150 in spare… Read more

parts every 3.5 years? I don't think that's reasonable.

I bought a 6 Line version, when a 4 Line one would be big enough, so I didn't load it up too much and it's a single person household, so not huge amounts of washing.

Cannot recommend. Designed very poorly and doesn't tension well. To have any chance of tensioning you have to fish the line out of the end bar with… Read more

pointy nose pliers and re-tie. The bracket that holds the bar for the 5 lines when pulled out is less than a quarter of the length of the bar. The result is that the bar swings in the bracket and the middle line sheared off within 8 months of purchase.

Disgusting Service by Staff – This was my worst experience with Kmart, I was after a Laundry Cabinet Storage. I was at the Dandenong Kmart store after reviewing the online stock… Read more

details to buy one, however I was told it is out of Stock in Dandenong. We booked a Click and Collect in Chadstone and dropped in there, however it was out stock there as well. I was trying different stores to check the stocks, no one would answer the call. I was told by Dandenong store to check with Chadstone to do Click and collect, however after knowing it was out of stock in Chadstone as well, I was told by Chadstone staff to check with Keysborough. However, I dropped into the store just before closing time. The staff at Keysborough was very rude and unresponsive. They were confused with the information they gave me. Duty manager Josh was very rude and showed a lot of Attitude. I understand Kmart is a huge store with lot of Sales. However, we as customers are not slaves nor are we buying anything for free to treat us so bad. Kmart Staff needs to be thought how to behave and teach them manners. Absolute disgusting behaviour.

For a product that comes with a 'Lifetime' warranty, the materials are pretty substandard. Pivot and assembly bolts are Cadmium plated which are… Read more

going to rust in no time. Mounting plates come with 10mm slotted holes but insufficient clearance to get a hex socket to tighten on a 10mm galvanised bolt. I will be keeping the receipt as I feel its highly likely i will be claiming on the warranty in the future. A suggestion to Hills, replace with 316SS and charge a few dollars more, make it a point of difference. Oh, and increase the clearance for a standard Hex bolt head to allow a socket to fit.

Good for purpose but hazardous – Kmart purchase. Good, strong, stainless steel unit, foldable for storing away, but rating reduced because of need to beware of the very sharp ends on hook, struts and hinges which will tear skin easily.
