works well. Their after sales service is exceptional, as recently I had reason to replace a bracket. Their customer service was prompt and the parts were sent to me free of charge. The line is now back to new and going strong. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Such a workhorse clothesline and so functional.

parts every 3.5 years? I don't think that's reasonable.
I bought a 6 Line version, when a 4 Line one would be big enough, so I didn't load it up too much and it's a single person household, so not huge amounts of washing.

details to buy one, however I was told it is out of Stock in Dandenong. We booked a Click and Collect in Chadstone and dropped in there, however it was out stock there as well. I was trying different stores to check the stocks, no one would answer the call. I was told by Dandenong store to check with Chadstone to do Click and collect, however after knowing it was out of stock in Chadstone as well, I was told by Chadstone staff to check with Keysborough. However, I dropped into the store just before closing time. The staff at Keysborough was very rude and unresponsive. They were confused with the information they gave me. Duty manager Josh was very rude and showed a lot of Attitude. I understand Kmart is a huge store with lot of Sales. However, we as customers are not slaves nor are we buying anything for free to treat us so bad. Kmart Staff needs to be thought how to behave and teach them manners. Absolute disgusting behaviour.
Our sincerest apologies for this unacceptable experience.… Read more

going to rust in no time. Mounting plates come with 10mm slotted holes but insufficient clearance to get a hex socket to tighten on a 10mm galvanised bolt. I will be keeping the receipt as I feel its highly likely i will be claiming on the warranty in the future. A suggestion to Hills, replace with 316SS and charge a few dollars more, make it a point of difference. Oh, and increase the clearance for a standard Hex bolt head to allow a socket to fit.
