Love this couch – I ordered online & was disappointed no one actually spoke to me. I only received an email telling me when delivery was scheduled.
We received the wrong colour for our ottoman 4th gen, and Koala were very quick to send someone to pick up the old ones and deliver the new ones. Love the colour and very happy with the service!!
My only regret: I didn’t have one of those before. It’s comfortable, easy to assemble, a very practical sofa bed and the quality is amazing. I’m very happy. After buying the first ottoman I think we will buy a second one bc the storage is great too.
