through the pool company who installed my pool. I thought I was buying a quality product which would last a good few years. Daisy Pool Covers work on a warranty pro rata basis and to replace the cover would cost me $315.37. If I didn't need a new overcover the cost would reduce by $77.84. To have to spend $237.63 for just 18 months of use is ridiculous. I've declined their offer as it would be spending good money after bad. I will repair my cover with gaffer tape which I'm sure will last as long as a replacement cover. Caveat emptor.
Sold on eBay by oz-g-day as a product with a 5 year warranty but it had failed within 18 months and they think that is normal. Avoid the product and the seller as both are awful. Show details
