A Man & His Cave

Was delivered by an older man, he was unable to get it inside on his own, very heavy should of been 2 people. Also there is tape around on the bottom of screen, when we removed it all of it would not come off, why tape? Should have been a piece of cardboard for easy removal. No decent instructions

outside has begun to peel off on outside but not a huge drama. However, I turned it on last week and the button combo that gets you out of the game your in and back to the menu to choose another game just stopped working. Which renders the machine useless unless you want to go behind the machine to turn it off and on every time you want to switch games and wait for it to load up. Let them know, was asked to send a video, did this. Was told it was a board issue and I would need to purchase a new board, (which is essentially the machine) for $225 and install it myself!! When I advised that was crazy, I got a new email advising I could purchase the board directly at $165 and they could talk me through installation. If you want a cardboard box that has a motherboard that will die on you after 2 years that you’ll have to replace. This is the one for you!! Quality products and service seems to be dead and gone.

Ordered 2x 7ft pool tables and premium cue rack to set up in small bar area. Absolutely impressed with the communications from Lachy and could not be happier with the tables etc. They look amazing and have already been out to good use!!

Pretty good for the price. There is a 1mm gap along the halfway line where the 2 playing surface panels are supposed to meet but don’t (doesn’t affect playing).

Absolutly awsome service we had a mix up and the boys didnt hesitate on fixing the problem. If all companys were this easy to deal with the world would be a great place. Well done to all.

We bought a new pool table from this company and they refuse to come and fix their defect. The table is less that five months old and this company doesn't want to help us. This is an installation problem and they don't want to take responsibility Hopefully they will solve the problem so we can write am positive review.

Think twice even 3 times before you think about getting anything off these guys. The initial sale and process was fine, nothing I can fault about that. buttons stopped working. Couldn't load credits or return to main menu. To me it was a simple software issue and I contacted the company to let them sort out what shoud be an easy fix considering the high level of sales they continually post and brag on about. Several emails later and videos sent of the issue i am having they simply keep replying that they are working on the issue and will have it sorted the very same week that they respond to the email. One week leads into another with the same responce again, and same as the week before, nothing happens. Even at one time asking me to find my own technician to repaire the issue without even having the correct parts to replace. One time an actual technician came and couldn't fix the issue due to not having the correct parts and not even being able to understand what the problem could be. He was texting with the company while here and said that they are sorting it out and to expect it to be fixed with a week or 2, that was more than 2 months ago. To top it off, they dont even know what the technician has done and keep asking me to contact the technician for parts and questions for them. This problem has been happening since August last year and it is now going mid way through March. Still using the same excuse and still no closer to any resolve. Absolutely gutted with there after sales service, and on there warranty it even says that if the problem cant be fixed, they will replace the item with a new one if it falls in the warranty period. I have asked for a replacement but they keep asking me to bare with them while they try and sort it out. Please dont waste your money in a company such like this one. They are only interested in sales and maketing themselves with football players to lead you to believe in them to be something that they are not. Shop around and read reviews posted on other sites bar there own ones.

apparently was 2 weeks away at purchase. Installers apparently had a medical emergency after they’re meant to be onsite installing, and then a week later the stock is apparently damaged and needs redistribution from overseas. Have been waiting for more than a month again since that last update and yet they continue to sell them online as available. I’m told it’s still 4 weeks away, so 3-4 months from purchase. Have been promised partial refunds which they won’t confirm in writing and which I still haven’t received in more than 6 weeks - just complete liars. A man and his cave are a complete joke. They’re untrustworthy and offer an exceptionally poor service. Use anyone other than them!

Excellent quality and performance upright console. My only negative is the cost and quality for delivery, which were ridiculously high and very poor respectively. caused by my self-move into my cave, I am a pensioner with a bad back and was luck to have help available at the time.

I had Dan visit to set up and install an 8 foot table. Given some distance we worked well together on locking in a time that suited. He arrived on time, despite the distance, we had a good chat and he wrapped up with a beautiful table. Very happy to recommend Dan and the company.
