Always a good experience – 3 phone I have bought from phone bot. All have been great. This is my first A rated phone from here it may as well have been a new phone. It had 97% battery health and was completely unmarked. It came with a nice protective cover and charger too.

Great phone – I received the phone from Phonebot but it wasn’t fully wiped, still had apps on it. Once I worked out how to fully delete everything and moved everything from my old phone over to my new one, I’ve got nothing to complain about. Satisfied with size of the phone, the quality Like New. And the price was really good, when I need to upgrade again, I will be using Phonebot. Show details
Downloading apps problem – I purchased this phone because of its reviews, the size of screen and because I liked my other IPhone. wifi back on and then going through everything on the device so it doesn’t ping or make noises through the night, re set Face ID, and every other setting. Yes that worked, once, this week I wanted to download something else, no go, rang support, still my problem but have to reset the phone again. Am I happy about this very expensive toy which was my mistake for buying, no, will I endorse this phone, no, will I buy another one, no Keep your money, if Apple cannot work out what is wrong with their product then they should pull it so people don’t get caught with a lemon.

slowed down, reception and call drop outs, battery life started to diminish and wasn’t holding charge like it used to. I also dropped it like 10cm off the ground and it was enough to smash one of the rear camera lenses The rear cameras hang soooo far out of the housing it’s not funny so they’re very vulnerable to damage and scratches I managed to also damage the screen with light scratches after I took a screen protector off, I thought it would be alright but it wasn’t.
Things started to go wrong and I realise how bad it had gotten until I got the replacement handset a few days ago. Love it again now, I know I use my phone a lot harder than most. All day, every day for everything from studying, to editing, I take a lot of photos and videos So just be wary, if it’s starts to screw up just take it back, don’t wait for ages like I did. And make sure the cover you have on it protects the rear cameras
Excellent features – The camera on this phone is mind blowing, photos come out like professional and the various tricks you can do with the camera is incredible. Having 1 TB of storage is fantastic, I have so many photos and videos on my phone - the storage is terrific. I cannot fault this phone.
