I found the ANCC website easy to use with no hassles. I made a minor error in uploading a photo and was redirected back to the proper page to correct my error and found it easy to correct and navigate. Overall a positive experience with info available if I needed to question something.

Do yourself a favour and go to Service NSW to obtain your police check - it will take you a fifth of the time. I made the mistake of using this website before I realised I could go to Service NSW instead. Similar price. This website is very frustrating to use - 5 forms of ID required, including a selfie! Service NSW only required two forms of ID.

Needed my ANCC for Driver Accreditation in SA. The process is quite straightforward. When supplying my photo I accidentally used one with glasses. IT'SA [Content Removed].. They take your money but just keep making up excuses why the can't get you the check. They dragged it out for over a week. I continually asked for my money back but they ignore you. I have reported it to Scamwatch. I got another company to do it and had the reply in 36 hrs. It's a [Content Removed].

An easy process if you have all your documents ready to go - I didn’t so had to keep going in and out of the application. My problem was that it didn’t save what I had already done so had to redo it. Other than that my application was processed without any trouble

Getting everything downloaded did take awhile, I missed downloading a couple of documents. I received an email 2 days advising me of this. I sent the docs straight to the email….they advised me that they have forwarded the docs to the team to follow up on…..and half an hour later I received the results of my clearance.
