Very slow process. I had started my police check application with InterCheck on 3rd June. It is now the 9th and I have received no news of my application. Quiet disappointed.

Intercheck Australia had an easy to use format that was completed with minimum complication.

I have used Intercheck for years to complete my Police check and have always been satisfied with their service. This time was the first time I have had to wait days for it to come through, which has never happened in the past. That is the only reason I am marking them down this time.

I did not find internet application as easy to navigate on my mobile this year. I could not take a decent photo of myself so had to get a work colleague to help. The system was not uploading my personal documents well and I needed help a few times. When I finally thought this task was completed, received an email asking for one of my documents to be reloaded. I became quite frustrated with the whole process.

Always is negative, but I always have to wait – Every single time I get a manual check and it says a couple of days but always takes so much longer. Nearly missed out on a job a few times now.

After an initial difficulty in Getting the check completed I received support that was satisfactory and the results came through very quickly which I was surprised at how swift it was.

This was an easy to use Police Check service, with good feedback and a quick turn around time. My only thing was I would have like a check list before starting so I could have had all photos and scan's ready for the application rather than stopping and starting.
