letters in the package explain that if there are any issues to let them know and they will handle it personally. It feels like there is customer service without actually having contacted them and it felt really nice to be able to get something fixed if there was something wrong with it with seemingly no hassle. The instrument itself was immaculate and tuned perfectly. My mum adored it, she's wanted to learn it for the longest time and she's 54! The manual was very clear and cleared up any confusions we had about how to play and get it working. The case is secure and everything was spotless, bonus points because it smelled like a fresh school bag lol! Nostalgia. Couldn't be happier that I chose them to buy from. A professional website that shows how much they care about instruments and they do not disappoint! I wouldn't recommend any other more reliable and perfect company to buy instruments from than this. I hope I get to buy again soon! I didn't get any pictures as it was at her birthday and we don't do pictures anymore, but every time I visit her she tells me what she's learned and I get to have a cheeky little play myself too! :)

Called a 'Challenger' because it does!! – I was busy recording a 'meat n potatoes' track in my home studio. The guitar riffs needed the sound made by humbuckers, and as there was no sign of a Les Paul decorating my place I put the track on hold. cheaper than say, an Epiphone Les Paul. So I took the chance, and ordered the Axiom Challenger. The instrument was delivered within three days, the carton and packaging was excellent. My first impression as the guitar emerged from the box was how glorious the finish was. Next impression was the weight which compares favourably with a Gibson equivalent. I tuned up, plugged in to a Roland combo and checked the octaves.. all good, and a smooth action on the neck. At this point I was patting myself on the back for taking a 'risk' on a cheap guitar which turns out to be a winner. Ok, so being fussy, I changed the strings straight away for some Elixir 09's. It's a Chinese made guitar. They obviously fine tuned the manufacture of these guitars to make them close as possible to the Gibson Les Paul. They've done it very well. The volume and tone potentiometers don't sweep as sweetly as the upmarket type but they do the job. I might change the machine heads to Grovers or Gibson at a later date, but that would be fussy! So overall, I highly recommend this guitar which would suit both professional and beginners. Denny Ball

Disappointed with Bluesmaster guitar – Great looking guitar, and I made the mistake of not doing my homework regarding quality. The finish of the frets need attention. Arrived fast & it's amazing it arrived without a ding or scratch as the packaging was sub par. As a beginner guitar it would be OK, but for the price I expected more. Also: Remember that postage needs to be added to the price!

throwaway so I purchased a new better quality bow, which sounded slightly better, but the tuning was still out with the sound. Our school has now banned the purchase of Axiom, as they found the quality of sound and parts isn't there. I am now researching in depth for a better quality new violin.

For a beginner or experienced player the guitars are great value for money very well packaged and quick interstate delivery. Well done David and team. I will buy more items from you shop. Regards Jodie Show reply

awesome service, ordered my flute as a first time learner. my package arrived well before expected and was very carefully looked after. the flute included instructions a cleaning cloth and rod and some fancy looking gloves i’m assuming for assembly. but overall the flute is gorgeous and am looking forward to learning, would 100% recommend for beginners :) Show reply
