Ordered two lenses from Rubber Monkey. One of the lenses ended up being discontinued however I received a prompt email from Casey updating me on when I would receive a full refund for that lens. I'll continue to shop with Rubber Monkey to due their excellent customer service.
Sam always provides fantastic customer service, he brings out my purchases to the car, because I’m a cripple, and he goes above and beyond to ask me follow up questions that may assist me get more out of my purchases.

something brand new you expect the item to be looking good and keeping this way can definitely damage the connection inside the neck by expose. I work on a cruise ship and I probably can’t take the mic off the ship once is onboard sadly, so I don’t know how I could solve this issue please let me know.
Hi i have just received my eartec order. i ordered 2 headsets a charger and a case. One set of headphones had no battery. there is also no instructions.

I had spent a weekend filming video using my Sennheiser MKE600 video mic. Unfortunately the wind was so strong it almost ruined the audio which was partially restored in editing. So I ordered the MZH600 fur windshield. Testing shows this really works. I ordered online and it arrived within 2 working days. Eccellent.

I had never used The Rubber Monkey before. Sounds like nonsense, but true. I bought a clamp of them as thy had the best price by far. Recieved the order pretty quick to the Mid North Coast. Item was spot on and put it to work sincr without any problems. Happy with the purchase in this case.

slyly make you wait indefinitely for stock arrival. Quality interpersonal skills from both employees I spoke with via telephone. They were honest and open about timeline for delivery. was able to resolve replacements from Jaycar for $13. Saves a headache dealing with Rubber Monkeys! For the more expensive gear, its just not worth risking your $ and headspace if they will not even provide support! If its something more expensive I wouldve gone the ACL route. Establish a local supplier that will deal with your warranty woes! Says a lot about a company who do not respond to support requests!
Had good experiences with RM previously and first interaction with salesman Khon was positive but when the gear bag (for a few hundreds) wasn't supplied his manager Samuel Bellwood offered me the strap to play with while I wait another 6 months. I had not heard of this company before so was a little hesitant to order at first. However, they were quick to respond to my query about the product and game me accurate information about the upcoming date on which it would be available. I was even able to collect it from their warehouse in Sydney, which was convenient for me. Yes, I will purchase from them again.
