Great online shop – I've now ordered three times from Beard and Blade on all three occasions I've received email confirmation and a postage tracking number the same day. All three orders have been delivered within a day or two. I've found the pricing to be competitive, the threshold for free delivery is very reasonable and the goods are well packed.

Great Razor and Service – Purchased my Parker Variant from Beard and Blade last year and Im still loving it! Great service from B&B and definitely will purchase from them again as Im almost out of blades :-)

Mysterious and Costly – Have ordered previously with good service. 10 days ago ordered again. Credit card charged but no delivery. Attempted to contact them today. Contact email blocked. Phone answer service only (no leave message option). Have the owners gone bankrupt or left the country?

Slow As – Watch out, they use Aramex, so you will be able to grow a beard before your order arrives.

Slow Shipping – Terrible time with shipping would not order through them again

Excellent service after the shaving brush didn't fit the stand I bought – I purchased a shaving brush and brush and shaver stand from Beard & Blade. Unfortunately, the brush does not fit on the stand. It seems the brush I bought has an unusually thick neck. My issue was addressed promptly once I contacted Beard & Blade about it. Jack Dean Military Hair Brush – Bought for my best friend as he broke his previous brush which he had for 20 years. Bristles are firm and it is an excellent replacement. He loves it. Also chose express post for a nominal fee and it arrived the very next day. Great service. Show details

Great products great service – Bought Thayers rose & witch hazel toner for a great price on a few occasions. This time, my package was lost but I received an email stating they sent me a new package and it was Express posted to me. I didn't have to follow up and chase them. Poor customer service – I ordered online & paid extra for express delivery. Upon follow up 8 days later I was advised that due to unforeseen circumstances with the products my order was cancelled & I would be refunded.
