parcel unattended on my front porch, where it was subsequently stolen. Given that no one was available to receive the package, it should have been taken to a nearby post office or collection point instead of being left exposed.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the Pump Haircare team. Despite explaining the situation, I received little assistance from Amanda and no meaningful effort was made to help resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory outcome.

As a customer, I expect both reliable delivery practices and responsive customer service when things go wrong. Unfortunately, Pump Haircare failed on both counts. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

also had the same issue. I sent an email to Glasshouse customer service and was absolutely blown away by the lovely dealings I had with the team. They asked me for some photos and information about where I bought it from. They very kindly sent me a replacement and even included a free perfume sample. I was never made to feel like I was in the wrong, which can often happen when there's an issue with a product. The outstanding service from Glasshouse is why I'll continue to buy their products.

However, the time their products take to arrive here in Australia is ridiculous. For my latest order I’ve been waiting nearly a month. Do not bother emailing them, they absolutely do not respond. NEVER! When the products do arrive they are in one piece but by the time they do arrive Australian companies have restocked!!! I would advise people to only use this company if you have thoroughly exhausted all of your trusted stores. It’s just not worth the stress and anxiety.

difference Anda $112 AUD, software $17 AUD I am highly impressed. My skin feels clean, no makeup left behind, no oily residue and yet soft and moisturised, just like Anda did.
