has thinned out since I started using it and how deconditioned it is. I have monitored the amount of hair that falls out every morning for the past month since starting. The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Not impressed by their ‘shipped next day’ policy or their lack of transparency in regards to what’s happening. My next step if I hear nothing back by today I’ll be requesting a refund.

Update: Trying to submit a return form for a refund, as they have asked on their FAQ, and I got a ‘failed to submit’ warning.
