awesome – I have one it has lasted me for over 5 years and only just broke once. couldn't live without it so good comforts my wrist when it is saw .

Rubbish – I'm on my 5th return in 2 years. Fixed under warranty every time but had to pay $80 last time as they said it was my fault. Went for 2 hour surf after getting back the 4th time (I think a new one) and fogged up again I hope they give me a credit and not another Billabong watch.

Keeps resetting – Same thing as the other review, the watch keeps resetting itself randomly with button presses... It seems any combination of button presses can cause it. Pretty pointless having that on my wrist..! I wouldn't get a billabong digital watch again. There's a fair few other tide watches to choose from...

Good watch overall – Had this watch two years now and it's still going. I've had the battery replaced twice on warranty as it seems to only last a year but last time they replaced the entire watch. This year I've had to buy a new wrist band since the old one crumbled. I wear it every day, it's comfortable and at least 3 days a week surfing. Make sure you keep your receipt though cause I doubt it'll last longer than a couple years off warranty.

Stupid – Every time I try and set the time or tide it just resets and sais random Numbers and rom-no then more numbers then rom-ok it is really annoying and it hasn't got water damage and it is only 3 months old very disappointing If they can't fix it I am getting a refund and buying a rip curl watch Keeps resseting

Disappointed – The Phaser was a Xmas 2012 gift. It didn't last long before it took on water and fogged up. Watch was sent to Billabong where it was assessed. Billabong opted to replace the watch with a gift voucher to the value of watch purchase, after 2 months, still waiting for the gift voucher to be approved ?? How difficult can that be ? time taken for Billabong to approve a gift voucher , not very professional at all ! For a $200 watch to only last 6 months and to wait 2 months for a refund/voucher very ordinary ! I can see why they're struggling !

Bad Warranty – Was a good watch until an airbubble came under the glass now they wont warranty the watch and now wanna charge for the repairs this company sucks. Stay away from this un trusting company will never buy from them again as long as i live now i see why they are going backwards Bad warranty
