Ordered brass tap for 12mm John Guest water pipe (and order also included 12mm pipe and push fittings) to find the tap was actually for 15mm and needed an adapter. Had to pay 2nd postage to get the adapter. Postage expensive for small adapter Show details

Dissapointed, I have always purchased from them and been very satisfied, but, not when you get ripped off Camec outer door handle upgraded part 014382 O/N 699745 paid $50.95, now I find on Ebay same exact part $19.95 to me that is a rip off. Show details

A "maxxair" cover on our van broke off & vanished in the wind (OK found the remnants the next day & picked them up & put them in the rubbish).
