More work than a manual litter box – I am just going to copy and paste the email I sent to their costumer service, hoping I’ll get a refund for this piece of junk. I also add it is too small for larger cats, not even fat, just longer breeds, they don t fit. “I purchased a Scooper SE the 10th of March 2024, it gave me so many problems I can’t even count them. The reports have never been accurate so I never used those functions, I don’t use the wifi connection anymore as it kept disconnecting constantly, it’s slowly dying as the motor when running is getting noisy and slow and now I can’t even use it anymore because the plastic lid inside the unit keeps falling down and beeping preventing it form turning when it needs to. I want to be refunded. I had infinite problems with the Face Recognition Feeder as well and I am not going through the same nightmare. I am not willing to spend months of emails back and forth, I know this product is not up for the price I paid for it just a few months ago, same as the feeder which I have been refunded for. The only thing I am willing to do is sending it back for a refund.”

Regretable Purchase – Takes too many attempts to dump dirty litter and ends up mixing dirty litter through with clean. Looks like a crime scene after 1-2 uses. Not easy to clean and find it would be easier and just as cost effective to use a manual litter box over this model. So disappointed as I had high hopes for this model. I have both the luxury pro and luxury standard models and have been happy over all with their performance. This model is just a complete let down. The litter bag holds very little so you constantly need to change the bag plus it smells atrocious and I end up dumping the litter and cleaning every 2nd day. We do have multiple cats to be fair but we also have multiple litter boxes which are cleaned weekly. We use Catsan clumping clay as well so it's good quality. I found their Gel Deodoriser did nothing to help with smell. Meant to be good for large cats but I have a Ragdoll that does not fit comfortably in there and ends up with his front end in the box and his bottom out and does his business on the step instead which is an additional purchase to the Baymax.
