The communication leading up to pick was great. However The Driver (Murray) used his phone numerous times (at least 9) while driving. His phone was mounted right of the steering wheel. I have 3 videos of him reading messages/call details and tapping/scrolling to call and receive calls while glancing back and forth from road to phone, one while navigating a roundabout. This I found totally unacceptable.

Used Central Coast Shuttles for our trip back home they where great and they waited for us even when our flight was delayed great end to a holiday
