cannot rely on them. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Hence why I believe all the negative reviews from other riders. My one experience was enough to show me this service is broken.

But the real disappointment came as a shareholder. I invested $500 through their equity crowdfunding campaign back in 2020. Since then, they have completely ghosted all shareholders. No annual reports. No shareholder meetings. No replies to emails. They took our money and disappeared.

The worst part is they refuse to declare bankruptcy or be deregistered. This means we cannot even claim a capital loss on our tax returns. We are stuck holding worthless shares in a company that openly ignores its own investors while continuing to operate like nothing is wrong.

The annual reports show the operating company is insolvent with 644,000 dollars in debts and just 35,000 dollars in assets. Our shares are worth zero. But they will not officially close down, so we cannot move on and claim the loss.

This was such a promising idea and so badly needed in Australia. Safe transport for women and children is a real issue. But poor administration made this company fail miserably. Despite the crowdfunding and cash injections they sourced a few years ago, the money was wasted and shareholders have been left in the dark.

Avoid this company completely.

frustrating and unreliable. Their website and emails confidently state “not to worry, there are more available in the area,” which turned out to be completely misleading. Availability was nowhere near what was advertised, and there seemed to be little to no effort to verify the actual status of their hosts before taking bookings. What’s most concerning is that it feels like they are quick to take your money without ensuring they can deliver on what’s promised. When issues arise, responsiveness is poor, and there’s no sense of accountability or urgency to resolve problems. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend. 1 star

heard nothing from Uber or the driver. There is no section to give a description of the item or where in the car the driver could check for it. Reported it again the next day but got nothing back. Poor form, lost tems can be expensive and/or vital for passengers. I understand it should be my responsibility to look after it, but things like this can happen and they should be easy enough to retrieve, even if it means paying for it's delivery.

coming up on the Mobile App of where the Driver was. I then could see that over the next 15 minutes a DRiver was coming. At 9.05 a driver finally picked up the booking at was 10 minutes away. Half an hour after the booked time the DRiver finally arrived. I had a Medical Treatment booked at 10.15 and of course I did not arrive at my destination until 11.00am. The Computer generated operator was no help but I did manage to get transferred to an Operator who also was of no help and the only thing she asked was did I want to cancel the booking. Terrible communication throughout booking in the lead up, had to make countless phone calls, emails, just to book the service. Wasted so much time to arrange and caused so much stress on the day. We received confirmation of booking on the day so thought all would be well. Customer service is awful, and despite raising a complaint was offered a $30 credit (was a $600 fair) which was insulting. the kind of thing that is driving people to Uber and the like. Walked out of a restaurant in the city and would normally book an Uber but a formal looking taxi appeared out of the blue and thought how different could it be. We were about halfway home before I noticed that there was no visible meter and no visible driver ID anywhere. In addition to that at least half a dozen error messages were constantly beeping on the dashboard, I doubt the car was roadworthy. On the way back I checked with Uber and Didi what their cost would have been. Both were less than half what we ultimately paid. When we pulled up his iPad screen miraculously turned back on with the final bill. When I questioned why it had been turned off for the whole journey I was told it was “automatic”. I will NEVER hail ANY taxi again in Sydney regardless of company. They used to be reliable, clearly regulations are now not nearly strict enough. Uber or Didi every time thank you.
