Do not buy a massage chair from these people !! They are absolute scammers! Constant problems with a a massage chair that was only three months old at the time. they don’t put your repayments on hold while you wait for a technician to come out which can take weeks or months or while you’re still paying for the Chair! This business honestly feels like just a scam!!! Why else would you run a business like this with such poor poor customer service and horrible after sales service where they just don’t help you or if they do it can take months and months!!

Second time around chair got replaced FINALY and then problems with that chair now too pretty much straight away and again many emails and phone calls and still nothing happening. Only got a phone call back from a manager after I reported them to fair trading. Manager actually said this to me, we can help you if you take the review down!!

One of his staff denied he said this to me a few days later but I was in direct contact with that manager shortly after this and he never said anything about not saying that at all!!

Record conversations with companies to cover your bum because all good faith with this company is out the door!!

I have given them two options because as a consumer I refuse to deal with this company going forward! If they don’t take the Chair, I can give me my money back. I will be taking them to Qcat to get resolution!!

I purchased this chair for my wife as a Suprise and when it arrived and setup, she was very surprised when she got home from being out, she loves the chair very much the company was great to deal with especially the lady i was dealing with (name withheld) i would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good massage chair because these are great.

Did an enquiry and immediately received constant emails, texts and calls to which i said not interested. The calls and texts continued even more so after i said it’s becoming harassment i received sarcastic messages and more calls. Had to report them to the telecommunications ombudsman.

planet. How this company even has 5-star reviews is beyond me—I genuinely question their legitimacy. The salesperson, a man named [Name Removed], never picks up the phone, never returns calls, and when you do manage to speak with him (if ever), his poor English and communication skills make it nearly impossible to get any real answers. To make matters worse, he doesn’t even reside in Australia.

For a company to hold onto a $12,000 payment for three years without delivering*anything, without updates, and without basic decency, is not just appalling, it's disgraceful. I am an elderly customer, and it is clear Chilink has taken full advantage of my trust and patience.

This situation reeks of fraud. It has SCAM SCAM SCAM written all over it. Shame on this company for preying on customers and then pretending like we don't exist.

To Chilink: I will not forget this, even if you clearly have. I am still waiting, and I will continue to share my experience until justice is served. Anyone considering buying from this company—RUN the other way.

This chair looks good, but without instructions it has done more harm than good. The instructions I got was “push this button “. Beware, as the get to sign a delivery docket which is actually a guarantee that you have received training on the unit.
