Very happy with our white Connie coop! The service was great from start to finish, delivered in 2 days! Thank you! Show details · 2
This is the absolute worst company to deal with , there product is flimsy and cheap arrived broken and dirty like it was already second hand, at first they were going to replace the broken parts then they come back one of the parts was not in stock, would not send them each part separately then they finally offered a refund but honestly I did not… Read more
trust that they would give the refund or would drag it out for weeks as the dragged out every email back and forth for more than a week, they would always email at the end of the day stall tactics. There customer service is appalling all I can hope is that one day someone will not take this treatment and report them to consumer affairs or go to a current affairs show. Save the stress and do not buy from them you will only be disappointed with the quality and the customer service if you can call it that.

Great cat enclosure – Bought the cat cage for my 3 indoor cats who have just moved back to Australia from London with me. It’s a really good size and was easy to put together, it took about 2 hours. Highly recommend using an electric screwdriver when assembling it or it would have taken a lot longer to assemble. Very sturdy and good quality. Great having the indoor bit… Read more · 1
too. Only thing I will change is putting a lock on the inside of the main door so if inside with them the door can be locked so they can’t sneak out. Highly recommend.
Easy to assemble with 2 and cat seems to like it – I ordered the new Tower Portable cat House. I didn’t receive a shipping email, and it wasn’t in spam. But i got reassurance from their customer support and did get an update from their freight company. The delivery guy rang me as he couldn’t find the address. Could direct him and it was left for me in a safe location. I did need help building it.… Read more · 1
As it is large and heavy once assembled. The only thing I would fault is the locking mechanism on the wheels. It’s so hard to lock, but I do believe that it will get easier over time. I was able to move the tower outside myself thanks wheels. And have started giving my cat short amounts of time in it with me out on the balcony too. He used to just jump over the railing to my neighbours, so got banned from the outdoor and that in turn included the dog…. As I am writing this, Fred is having his longest outing in a nice breeze and gets the street view he has from the inside as well. If I had a backyard I would likely but a different thing, but this tower is a good size for one cat for an apartment especially if you have a decent sized balcony. Shipping was about $70 so all up it did cost roughly $420
Great Coop!! Loved it – This Coop was easy to use, easy to clean and my chicks are happy as Larry! Show details

Connie Chicken Coop = Crap – Purchased a Connie Chicken Coop at $385 + freight. It arrived late (apparently I should be grateful it arrived at all). The quality is absolute rubbish. Splits, mistakes, broken pieces. Complete and utter rubbish! What a waste of cash. Brought the complaint to the attention of the owner via social media and got scalded for my profanity saying… Read more
the person that prepared the parts had “ballsed” it up. No mention of what they intended to do to rectify the matter. Buyer beware - buy your cage from anywhere else!
