If there was only a half star rating. Recently the worst online retailer in my dealings. Took over a month for product to reach me, after weekly follow ups. Don’t be fooled by the pricing and check where their stock is located, as that adds on a month of delays and excuses.

stock comes from overseas. but there are currently delays. At this point we are over 3 weeks from order they said it should be in Melbourne in about another 7 days, before being shipped to me (so around 5 weeks to me if it actually arrived at that time). I advised it was for a present and would be too late, they offered a 10% discount, but the delay was not acceptable to me. I asked for a refund, and to their credit it was refunded in a few days. From my experience it appears some/all of the items are not held in Australia, which explains the complaints about slow shipping. I can't advise re the product being genuine as I never received it.

number, I was able to send an email which gave me reassurance because they answered quickly and gave me an update which made me feel a lot more better about the company professionalism. The tracking number did come as it reached the Melbourne warehouse and I was very satisfied to be able to see more updates on my package. I’ll be buying off this website again, keeping in mind it may take long to arrive. An advice I’ll give is if your buying as a gift buy 2 months or 1 month in advance. only one thing that is not bad, but is important to know: as the best things make you wait for them, when you ask for a parcel you must wait between 2 and 3 weeks to have it. But the rest of the things, are excellent.
The perfume did arrive and I loved it. However I had to wait over a month for the delivery to be made which was really frustrating.

Excellent company who sources our favourite conditioner "Shu Uemura Ultimate Reset Conditioner" from overseas. The quality of this product is outstanding. The product is legit, got buy 2 fragrances from here all with no doubt. But the concern is shipping time is worst, if you unlucky you will need to wait 1-2 months to arrival. So, go with it! if you okay with long delivery time, and THINK AGAIN if you want your order to arrive quickly.

Dont bother unless you want to wait 2 months for your order, have half of it cancelled and then only deliver when a dispute was raised in Afterpay - never again. Such a shame this product is amazing and the only retailer that sells the 900ml version
