great product works really well for soups, casseroles, curry’s, chilli con carne, bolognese and slow cooked meats. outstanding warranty and service from crockpot australia. Show details · 1
Not bad but not perfect – Purchased the crock pot express easy release back in June 2020.. roughly a year after like other reviewers the valve to release pressure either rusted or broke off.. so for the last I've had to manually release pressure which is very dangerous.. Now due to the manual release I've broken that valve as well and you can't get spare parts. I'd question whether I'd buy a crockpot product again due to poor quality. Show details
Rusted & an no replacement parts – Sauted really well & slowed cooked at a good temperature and the pressure cooking worked well though it did take along time to get to pressure but the pressure steam release value rusted and fell off, the pressure could only be realised by manually lifting the value and there are no replacement parts. The rust calls into question the safety of it. Really disappointing as I used it lots. Show details

Glad I choose this over a rice cooker – After my last rice cooker got old and all scratched up, I was going to just get another rice cooker but the sales rep talked me into a crockpot because it makes great rice but also can be used as a slow cooker and pressure cooker! I’m soo Glad I choose this over a rice cooker!! Being able to use it for more than just rice is great value for… Read more · 1
money!
I’m tempted to get another because I do like keeping my rice on warm while I cook the stew and I can’t when I have one bowl.
Does anyone know if you can get a second bowl??
Cleaning tip? – I looove this crockpot! BUT… Lately, anything I cook in it leaves a lingering smell. Every time I open my cupboards I smell last night’s dinner. If anyone has tips to get rid of the smell, I would appreciate it :) Show details · 1
Need help – I love this crockpot but I’m having trouble getting it to seal again, it looks like the rubber seal is gotten big? What can I do Show details · 1
Do not Buy! – CrockPot is 20 months old from JBHiFi Coffs Harbour, warranty is 12 months. - Steam release mechanism failed just out of warranty but still could be used manually ... - Then metal plate inside lid fell across safety valve!! - Clumps of rust started fall out of lid into food As out of warranty I disassembled lid to find ALL internals had… Read more
rusted completely and come loose, it could have blocked both normal and safety valves .. potentially VERY DANGEROUS ...
Not only is it potentially dangerous but there are NO SPARE PARTS or replacement lids ... so approximately $170 wasted ...
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

Great, until it wasn't. Died two months out of warranty – DID really love this. I used another brand recently as a try-out and came back to this one, mainly because I like this one better, also I was making corned beef and needed the natural pressure release. Aaaand I gave the other one to a friend to try. This one wasn't expensive, but it turned out to just be cheap and nasty, when it died tonight.… Read more
It's only 14 months old!! Two months out of warranty!! Even if I could find my receipt I'd be out of luck (believe me I've looked, if only for the purpose of this review).
So not happy. So, so not happy.
My meat is now in my ancient orange Crock Pot slow cooker which is about as old as me, and it's frozen pizza for dinner.
Boo.
Also, Sunbeam's customer service extends to a single cut-and-paste reply, then silence. They've taken over the Crock Pot brand but not the standards. Poor quality rubbish appliance, backed by similar service.

So far so good – Have been researching Crockpots for a while and finally bought one. The lid Looks strong, easy to clean. Love the function buttons. Glad you don't have to use a special measuring cup like my Sunbeam cooker. Being able to use a standard metric cup is great. I made the butter cake from the book and it didn't rise, is that normal doesn't tell you… Read more
what size springform cake pan to use ? No Q &A in book?.. And there should be more information & explanation about why you need to adjust pressure and times for certain foods in relation to the automatic times on the function buttons. Itwould be in handy though as the recipe book given has limited recipes and no information on this. I've used three times apart from the "pancake", sorry Cake , the Rice Casserole and plain rice I cooked in it came out fine.
Another satisfied user❗️ – I bought this cooker to work in conjunction with my Master Pro, I am very happy to say they complement each other very well and The Crock-Pot did not disappoint one bit. Cooker works well, cooks food in record time with a few extra functions such as boil, simmer and a specific dessert function not found on the Master Pro; Vice versa, the MP have a… Read more
few specific functions not available on the CP; Also, I found the power cords from the two machines fit and work on each other. As well as the easy release nob is a good safety mechanism added to the unit; My only concern now is that psychological urge to cook more dishes. Overall, I highly recommend both units.
It lives on the bench – Our old pressure cooker broke a while ago and the old slower cooker was looking a little sad. Husband talked me into getting the Crock pot express easy release multi cooker. Have cooked in it pretty much every night since we got it. Makes delicious meals. Easy to use, easy to clean. Show details
This has changed my life! – I got this as a mothers day present. I have used it 5 times in the first week. Chili Con Carne has never been so quick and easy. Curries in under an hour with the most tender meat which started as chuck. So good. And because it's a multi cooker you can brown meat in it, saute onions and garlic and the switch to either slow cook mor pressure cook.… Read more
Honestly the most awesome appliance Ive ever owned. Ive used it so kuch I dont even bother putting it away any more. Bonus that the bowl is non stick so really easy to clean. The easy release steam vent is great. Im known to burn myself while cooking..... a lot! This failsafe is fantastic.
