Crumble Ultimate Non-Stick Set

We’ve had two lots of crumble pans and both have been terrible. The replacement set was even worse than the original lot. We’ve followed all care instructions as stated and within months all three of our pans are having to be thrown out. They brown underneath and lost the non stick coating very quickly. Don’t be sucked in by the marketing, this is just another rubbish product. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the non-stick set of pans which we saw as an investment as they were not cheap. We have found them to be absolutely not non-stick, challenging to clean, prone to discolouration and slow to heat up. residue. Also when you wash the pans water gets trapped under the rim of the glass lids and is impossible to dry. We definitely won’t be purchasing from Crumble again and have reverted back to using the free pans we got through a promotion at Coles!

I kept seeing advertisements for crumble online and it the fact that the pans are not only non stick but are colourful was a huge factor in my I decided to give them a try. Honestly, these pans are great value for money and are seriously practical. I would 100% recommend these four people who are moving out of home or looking for an upgrade. We've been using these for a couple of years and while the non-stick side of the pans is fine, the outsides are impossible to keep clean. I tried cleaning them using the method suggested by crumble and all it did was start to take off the top layer of the outer coating. Show details

This company is Absolutely horrendous to deal with. I ordered the cookware and then requested a refund, its been 5 weeks since they received the products back and I am yet to receive my refund!! They have stopped responding to emails and have no other form of contact. Ive lodged a complaint with ACCC and highly urge everyone else to as well! Good for the first few weeks, then terrible after that. Bought the pan set and now can’t even fry an egg without it completing sticking to the pan. Even with oil in the pan. Avoid at all costs. Show details

Easily one of the worst companies I've dealt with. Terrible customer service and I won't be purchasing from them again.

**Edit** Crumble have since reached out and rectified the matter. I am happy with how they rectified the matter and were friendly and apologetic which I appreciated. I have updated my rating to 3 stars.

should never have been sent. They then retrieved the parcel and had it returned to sender, confirming the mistake was entirely on their end.

Even after cancelling the order, retrieving the shipment back to themselves, and confirming on multiple occasions that my refund would be processed, they are still withholding my refund.

I have never received the goods, the order has been cancelled, the shipment has been returned, and yet as of 15 January the refund still has not been released.

This is not a bank delay or a processing issue. It is a failure to honour a refund that was promised multiple times. The entire process has been disorganised, contradictory, and extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, this company is incompetent and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The non stick pans and pots wear very easily. I boil poached eggs and the white sticks to the bottom…. Supposed to be non stick. For the price, they are definitely not worth it. My sister has the same issues. Scan pan is far superior. Show details

to offload what isn't moving colourwise in their stock. Two months later I haven't received any of the other items I ordered, or a refund. Which I'm chasing. Totally disappointed, since I wanted to support an Australian company. The email comes from an offshore support team, so how Australian it is, makes me question this as well.

Terrible product, paid a lot of $ and within a month or so of receiving them, they're scratched so badly I no longer use them. Have never used metal utensils and use a non-scratch sponge to clean. Show details

I purchased this set as an upgrade from the pans I’d been using for years, and I’m so glad I did. The quality and performance are outstanding, and we’ve really enjoyed cooking with them. The matcha colour is absolutely beautiful — it adds such a lovely touch to the kitchen. Show details

I wish I could love this set as they are beautiful when they arrive but they sure don't stay that way for long, inside or outside. Even the non-stick insides get stained and don't easily come off. I would not buy again. Have thrown a few pans away as they are so stained that it just looks horrible and sometimes really hard to wash out. Show details

lifetime warranty is not fulfilled. They offered me instead to but another Dutch Oven for $150. No thank you. If I could give no stars I would. I want my Dutch Oven replaced as promised of a lifetime warranty!!!!

I love how easy I can clean these pans ! Dishes sorted in one minute and confidence knowing I’m not cooking with toxic coatings. Very aesthetic and pleasing to be apart of the kitchen set up. Just be prepared for a slower warm up than maybe what we are used to - but it’s still worth the wait ! Show details

I can't say how disappointed I am with this product. It is NOT non stick, the pans discoloured from second use and they scratch when being washed by hand with non scratch scourers. pictures of the discolouration of the outside of the pans and they sent me a receipt for a vinegar wash to use. They're not dirty, they're discoloured from heat!!! Do not buy this brand. Complete waste of money and a complete disappointment.

Continue to be so impressed with Crumble quality! We were gifted the crock pot last year and couldn't pass up purchasing more quality products from crumble!
