I brought these pans in march 2025, 2 pans, But now the seal on them is peeling off, so much so in my food. To all the other people out there who are having the same problem, the warranty is repair, replace or refund, this is consumer law, whether you have had for years. These pans are just dreadful, a health warning should be issued. Im getting a… Read more
replacement, but others will be the same. Don't be bullied, they have to do the three r's, replace, repair or refund , never again. Do not buy these pans. !!!!@
Unfortunately I cannot recommend! What started out as a decent frying pan both size and weight, the non-stick surface simply didn't live up to its task in terms of durability. having the pan replaced once already under warranty, the same issue reoccured about a year later. By this stage the warranty had just expired to no further assistance… Read more
made available. In other words, bad luck, you're on your own!! The surface was peeling on the top edges, making it unsafe for cooking food for human consumption. The ACCC has been notified.

I have had my pan for just over 3 years (so out of warranty) and the black coating is peeling off so I had to throw it out. I used it regularly and eggs did stick to the bottom as did other foods. I would not recommend this pan. It is false advertising regarding the non stock surface. Disappointed and won’t buy again!!!! Show details

While I was cooking, I heard a loud pop — loud enough to cause instant ringing in my ears — and then felt something hit my chin. It turned out to be one of the metal rivet covers, which had popped off, struck the inside wall of the pan, and ricocheted straight into my chin. I will be passing this information on to the ACCC and Standards Australia,… Read more
as this is a clear safety flaw. It could have been far more serious if a child — such as my granddaughter — had been nearby.

TBH, I was a little bit disappointed with its non-stickability, despite the use of some high smoke-point oil. It still required some vigorous scrubbing with a soft scourer afterwards.I almost regret getting rid of my old PFTE coated pan it replaced.… Read more · 1
So, not quite as described but I swapped forever chemicals for forever cookware. Also, the rims on the glass lids were a water trap.
Follow-up · Everything in my original review remains the same, the only issue with the lids is when it is washed and drained, water is trapped around the underside of the metal rim. Not a big issue but requires extra time & effort to dry it. I use my 3 favourite oils when cooking depending what I want to cook. Avocado, Peanut or Rice Bran oils. Food still… Read more
Absolute waste of money. First use it stuck the sausages and ripped the skins off them when turned. Second use for chicken and veg .....everything stuck to the pan and now it can't be cleaned to get the residue off even after soaking. I will have… Read more
to scrape it off. Surface is buggered after two uses. And yes, I followed the instructions. Do not waste your money and do not believe that stupid infometcial. Yes " there is a sucker born every minute" and "Come in spinner"
Follow-up · I had to throw it out as it was destroying food through sticking. I cleaned it with warm water and neutral detergent first time and I could not get the residue of cooking off at all for ages and it was not like on the TV. I followed the instructions becausecI was so happy to have a better pan....what a joke that was. I now have purchased a Ninja… Read more

Only issue is the design of the lid, which is a pain in the butt to clean because you have to get a cloth inside the tight crevice created, you need to rethink this design to enable easier washing/cleaning. Show details · 1

This is the worst frying pan I have ever used as everything sticks and very hard to clean. The customer service lady asked if I had used it properly, not helpful. Returning today as Kmart ones do a better job. Show details

Pans took ages to arrive and I didn't use them straight away so hen I eventually did, the 30 day money back guarantee had expired. The non stick element is non existent, and although they look good, they are definitely not worth the money - certainly would not recommend. Save your money and buy cheaper ones, the non stick will be better. Show details

ad looked great but reality is far different. These pans are NOT non stick like advertised. Definitely would not recommend. The cheaper ones from coles or woollies are far superior. Save your money Show details
Follow-up · Sticking started on first cook. Had no option but to clean food off with a scouring sponge (non scratch at first, then I needed something stronger to get everything off. Food was stuck solid. I first cooked an egg, thinking it would slide around like on the ad. All plastic utensils were used. I have had multiple non stick cookware in the past, and… Read more

I love this pan its preforms exactly the same as in the commercial. The handles stay cool to touch. So far I have cooked steak and coated fish, it has an even cook with no hot spots and no sticking, so easy to clean. Very happy with the quality. Show details · 1

got it RIGHT with these! Oh and the free Knife that came with them is a beauty too! Real sharp and feels good in the hand and works/balanced very well, again, KUDOS Global Shop Direct! Credit where credit is due! The only minor complaint and I'm not sure how to fix it water gets trapped in the lid after washing, in the very edge and seems to take a lot of shaking to get out, maybe a pin hole in the inner edge to let the water drain out? Perhaps in line with the vent hole, so it's easy to know where to place lid position to aid the draining? BUT if that's the only fault it's NOTHING!
The pan is great, requires minimal oil for cooking, heats up quickly, food is cooked perfectly equally around and easy to clean and no chemicals of old non stick pans are there. Handles remain cool. I love it. Show details · 1
