policy change. Don't fall in those marketing trap.

The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. They are quick to contact you for marketing and sales, but when you have an issue or need support, it is nearly impossible to get a response. Calls and concerns often go unanswered.

Another major issue is the frequent class disconnections during live sessions, which disrupt learning and waste valuable class time. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.

My advice to other parents: Do not pay for a large package in advance. Make sure you are comfortable with their service quality and support before committing financially.

Overall, poor customer support, unresolved technical issues, and concerns around prepaid classes have made this a very disappointing experience.

Money Minded – Horrible experience. Seems people are fully money minded, they don't show interest to anyone in India, they only target US/Canada to earn in DOLLARS... If that is the case, why do even they portray about Indian curriculum in their website.

Waste of time!!! – Total waste of time!!! The lady who hosted the quiz has no idea about what were the questions/answers after the quiz ended. Great teacher! – Ms Shiva Kuru is a great teacher. She tutored my son for almost 3years and he loves her. She is very patient with young kids and gives full attention and provides detailed feedback to parents. The 5 stars goes to her! My child got great foundation.

Great teacher! – Ms. Gayathri is a very dedicated teacher. She’s teaching two of my daughters and they absolutely love working with her. She knows very well to connect with kids in a distance learning setting. We appreciate her flexibility.

Superb tutor – Cue math has helped my son learn a lot but more than it's his tutor Sujata Ma'am who has helped. She is very friendly and very helpful and good in making students understand the concepts and the root level.

Teaching staff is good but – Teachers are awesome, but I didn’t like pause the classes, want to pause classes for short periods of time aligned with school holiday schedule.

Awesome Teacher – Arpana ma’am is an amazing teacher. She is very patient in explaining complex problems multiple times . She is very friendly and makes the maths concept super easy for kids to understand. My daughter loves Arpana ma’am . I highly recommend her.

Building a good Math Foundation ! – My child's Maths in Year 4 has improved and become consistent due to the Cuemath system. His teacher, Kanchan Bopardikar has been very patient and supportive and regularly puts in great effort to encourage progress. Routine checkins by teacher with parents and a genuine interest in ensuring the child's concepts are thorough has helped us work towards our goals better.

She is Great – Pavni is a very good teacher and she teaches my son very patiently and she constantly is in touch with me regarding how he is doing and what we can do to improve his learning abilities.. she is fun loving as well..

Excellent! – I strongly recommend this platform for their child’s Math learning. Our child is with Cuemath from past two years. We are happy to have Ms. Rupali as Cuemath teacher from beginning. She is very patient, friendly and explains the concepts very well. We noticed a lot of improvement in math fluency and now she enjoy the subject.

Good platform for remote learning – Our 2 girls have been with Garimaji for last 2 years. We have had a great experience with the platform and the teaching method. The flexibility to choose US curriculum while living in Australia is something we value a lot. Flexibility to move classes is another aspect we like about the service.
