Overall sentiment towards Kinetic Education is overwhelmingly positive, with families frequently citing significant academic progress, improved confidence, and strong engagement in both Mathematics and English. Parents value the structured, self-paced online modules combined with regular check-ins and tailored support from the tutor team. While a small subset of reviews raises concerns regarding billing terms and the rigidity of specific learning paths for children with complex needs, the vast majority of users consider the program an effective, convenient, and worthwhile investment for at-home learning.
My daughter started using Kinetic Education in year 3 and made remarkable progress in her English and Mathematics. She is in year 7 now and doing so well in her studies . Daily lesson plans for self study with support provided let my daughter build a very strong understanding of the topics and even perform better in her school. We are glad to come across the service and taking full advantage of it . Show reply
Kinetic has really helped my daughter progress in both English and especially Maths. What I like most is that they’re able to identify the specific areas she needs to focus on, then provide extra practice and follow-up on those topics until she becomes more confident. It feels much more targeted than just working through general exercises.

Kinetic Education and all their tutors have been amazing to work with. My daughter went from barely getting through English and Maths to getting As and Bs and honestly it’s all thanks to Kinetic. It’s easy to use they earn rewards and they do it from the comfort of their homes no pressure. My daughter has attention issues so focusing can be… Read more · 1
difficult however with Kinetic she does it at her pace and with no pressure. 1000% recommend Kinetic I already have 2 friends who have put their kids on also and have seen the same success. It’s affordable, reliable and builds amazing confidence. Thank you Kinetic Team truely.
Absolutely happy with my son’s performance in learning by kinetic Show reply
My son used Kinetics for a couple of months and l could see that he improved in his academics not only that he loved to have more points and that boosted his moral in doing kinetics Show reply
My boys have been doing Kinetics for a year and a half. I originally decided to try it out for my younger son. He was significantly behind and before he started Kinetics he could barely read. His school reports and the assessments done by Kinetics, displayed the same level of knowledge and more importantly his gaps. With consistency over the last… Read more · 1
year and a half he is now completing a combination of grade two- (his current grade) plus grade 3 and 4 work. My older son has also benefited and it shows in his school work, and he has more confidence when new topics are introduced. Communication is great, the regular check ins are productive and not overpowering. The team will work with you to set the right amount of activities for your children, you have the ability to challenge them with their tasks and also adjust how many tasks they do over the week. During these check ins, the Kinetics team are so enthusiastic about your children’s progress- genuinely excited to see how your children are progressing, and make some suggestions on what their future activities and work load could be like. Children and parents have the ability to call the tutors if they are unable to grasp the concept, and they will explain it in more detail. Having the flexibility to work through the activities independently, self paced, and have the ability to contact a tutor directly is the perfect combination! Honestly, this program works so well for our family and the benefits show!
Thank you kinetics!

Follow-up · Kinetic team, Thank you so much for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to share an update on our experience. Since our original review, we have continued to see such a positive difference in our daughter. One of the biggest changes has been in her confidence. She is much more willing to have a go, even when something feels difficult, and… Read more
Since starting Kinetic my kids have been able to improve on their grades and ironically I get no complaints about doing their lessons. They enjoy working thru their lessons week by week and motivated at been rewarded for their efforts. Show reply
Follow-up · Lessons are on a weekly basis to be done daily for 10-15 minutes. They build up the lesson plan based on the child’s level and they have an assessment prior which is very good. Rewards structure is well planned with increased motivation.
They have been wonderful and our Son is excelling in English and Maths. His confidence has grown because he knows the concepts before he learns them at school. Show reply
Follow-up · You have a week to complete each set of tasks, so it’s easy to fit into every schedule and it’s worth it! English is used in every subject, so other subjects have greatly improved too. One teacher commented that he answered a question with Year 9 thinking and he’s the younger of the students in Year 7! Confidence in writing is heaps better, and… Read more

Seven months ago, when I first signed my daughter up with Kinetic Education, I was honestly sceptical about whether it would make a real difference. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, we’ve tried different supports before, and I didn’t want to get my hopes up. I’m so glad we gave it a chance! The progress my daughter has made, particularly… Read more · 1
in maths, has been incredible. More importantly, her confidence has grown. She no longer approaches learning with the same level of anxiety, and she’s beginning to believe in herself, which is something every parent wants to see.
The team at Kinetic have been supportive, encouraging and genuinely invested in her success. Communication has been excellent, and they’ve tailored their approach to suit the way she learns rather than expecting her to fit into a one-size-fits-all program.
Watching her school results improve while also seeing her confidence flourish has made every session worthwhile.
If you’re sitting on the fence like I was, I’d absolutely recommend giving Kinetic Education a go. For our family, it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made.
Last year my daughter in year 7 was very behind in Math. We tried to find tutoring for her and my husband came across Kinetic Tutoring which works well for us in terms of affordability and easy online app access. The pricing was very affordable for both math and english lessons, and they allow my second daughter to join at no additional cost. … Read more · 1
Both kids went on initial test to see their level and where the gaps are. It was very helpful to find out that my eldest had gaps even from year 3 maths. We signed up in July and with routine weekly tasks, both daughter closed these gaps in few months.
The app gives weekly lessons review to see their score on various subjects, and where they see areas that need improvement, the app will repeat the subjects until my kids improve their score. There are rewards points as well for the kids that they can redeem for gift cards, which help motivate them. We also receive regular calls from Raj, our wonderful tutor support to check in on the girls progresses. Occassionally he would offer writing projects for the girls of which they could earn more reward points.
Amazing app, amazing system, amazing support, at a very affordable rate admist rising costs everywhere, our family is very thankful for Kinetic!

We joined over the summer break for my 8yo daughter and 12yo son to make sure they were ready to join distance education. The staff have been so kind and helpful through the whole process. The site is very easy to navigate and the rewards system is a great motivator for the kids. They are assessed to determine their gaps in learning and the tasks… Read more
given reflect those gaps. I love the weekly reports to see where they are at in their learning and it’s great to know they re-cover areas where they struggle. Great access to tutors who are very engaging and helpful although I would have liked more access (and maybe easier access through an online messaging/calling system?) to the tutors especially during the day as my kids were homeschooled. We were never denied access to a tutor during the day but easier access would have been good. The staff were helpful in suggestions to make the workload easier or harder depending on our circumstances and there was always access to specific content if it needed to be related to their school content. Overall a great experience

Kinetic Education has been extremely helpful for my daughters as they adjust to the Australian curriculum after moving from overseas. They are very motivated to complete their lessons on time, and I have seen a clear improvement in the areas where they previously had learning gaps. The tutors are amazing, supportive, and genuinely committed to… Read more · 1
helping my children progress. Kinetic Education has also reduced my workload and stress as a parent, which I really appreciate.
I would strongly recommend Kinetic Education to other families looking for extra academic support for their children.
I have been looking for a tutoring company for my kids for a long time. We found that online was the best option as we both work full time. We trialed several company's with 1hr trial sessions with limited success and happiness over the session outcomes. We found it hard for the kids to learn, when it was only a one hour session with a stranger… Read more · 1
and when asked what they learnt it was... nothing or i don't remember.
When looking for reviews on local Facebooks pages, someone suggested Kinetic Education. I send off a form to enquire and Debbie from Kinetic rang me within 24 hours.
When she explained how it worked, how unique their program was, the fact that it was tailored to them, but set in a simple easy way for them to learn at their own pace it seemed like a winner. The kids also get points for doing their work and then get rewards! Win Win.
My children love this program, They log on every week day like clock work and complete a couple questions on both Maths & English. I find they are favoring their worst subject, now that they can see the difference its making and that speaks volume.
This is the best decision we have made for the kids and will recommend it to anyone who needs tutoring for their children.
We have been with Kinetic Education for 11 months now, and we have seen a great improvement in our daughter’s confidence and schoolwork. She enjoys learning independently at her own pace, and we really appreciate the flexibility and support the program provides. Highly recommend Kinetic Education to families looking for extra learning support for their children. Show reply
Negative reviews
My daughter would benefit more of having a 1:1 lesson and having the app activities as support for the lessons throughout the week, to reinforce her learning. She enjoyed the points incentive but found the lessons itselves not challenging at all and almost boring.
Be aware, you will be [Content Removed] to pay over 2k for a year, per child - no way to escape. Even if you cancel, they will take all the money off you. Yes, not a cancellation fee and refund the rest - all of it! Also pay attention to finer details on your direct debit contract. I signed in to the subscription on 5th Nov 2025, and I was told by… Read more
the consultant that they will set up my son's account on Friday 7th Nov, and I will have two weeks from that date, until 21st of Nov 2025 to cancel if we find it not working for us. However, on the contract my start date was recorded as 05th Nov 2025 and my 10 business days of cooling off period runs out on 19 Nov 2025. Lucky I checked my paperwork properly, as initially I was thinking I would make my decision by 20th Nov, thinking I can still cancel it on 21st Nov as me any my Mrs. were verbally told multiple times by the consultant until it was baked into our memory. I was the lucky one, I'm sure they caught many victims using this trick of imaginary two days. Verbal doesn't count, what is written and signed what matters. As per the online platform, it is not bad - however difficult to justify the price as it is already pre-populated content. They say they have educators available to support, it the kid needs help - but we didn't get to try that and was wondering, how many educators available (ratio, teacher : kids), to be that any useful. If my son have to stay on-hold on a phone line for 10 - 15 min, to get some help on a math question, how is that going to be practical? The did the evaluation on my son and confirmed that my son is full aware on his year level and 85% good on next year level and when it comes to setting up his lessons, they set him up from the beginning of the next year level (where they said he knows 85% already). We found the questions were too easy and my son was not learning anything. English was not much different. This service is not a [Content Removed], it has real math and english lessons (and there are saying live educators available certain time of the day from Monday to Thursday if needed), and if your kid is behind on the current year level, it may help to improve. But not suitable for us and their tack ticks to lock you in for the whole year with no escape and tricking people so they go over the cooling period before they can cancel are unacceptable for me - one star is for that, and the education platform, may be I give about 3.5 stars.
We have used Kinetic a couple of times to help our kids with schooling. As both children have learning difficulties which differ between them and did help one child, unfortunately our son is ADHD, DLD and going through further testing and they were made very aware of this. They told us he needed to do more to achieve better with the program and… Read more
that he had to be consistent, which he was but got frustrated very quickly with how it was being taught. We expressed this multiple time but were told the program could not be modified as this was it and it was take it or leave it.
Just make sure before you commit to anything to help your child's development that they can actually cater for your children needs. Also check real reviews that they can't block and take down.

The program aligns really well with the Australian Curriculum for Maths. My children enjoy the self paced activities. Appropriately timed lessons and questions.
