It doesn't suck – What a waste of $40 and another trip to Bunnings to take it back. It wouldn't even suck up bread crumbs out of the cutlery drawer. It should be taken off the market. I hope Bunnings doesn't put it back on the shelf for some other sucker to wait 7 hours for it to charge only to find out that it's totally useless.
Found in a rubbish pile, used once – Someone bought this, used it once and threw it away. I think I'll return it to the pile from where it had come, fully charged for the next flotsam collector.
Dirt Devil great for the price – I bought this little vacuum just for the small jobs and find it does the job. I do find how ever the brush attachment is too small and clogs up easily. Happy so far. Show details
Great portable vacuum – This small vacuum is powerful and holds its battery power for a long time. Highly recommend. Price is good. Vacuum is great for doing corners in homes and good for the car. Show details
Low cost, a quick solution for crumbs etc on tiles and carpet – Happy with my purchase from Kmart, approx $39 , easy to set up and use after initial charge. I did have trouble cleaning out the dust bin as mentioned in other reviews , in particular removing the separator (refer to manual) which sits behind the filter. however after looking up the manual and calling the Techtronic support team (number on sticker… Read more
under vac) i was surprised to learn with force the separator did pull free as instructed. A great little Vac for cleaning up after two young kids daily.
Rubbish product – As described, low suction, but all the dirt falls back into the suction spout area and can't be removed. The UK adverts were deceptive showing an empty canister when taken off the main body when it fact there are the workings there which cannot be taken out to get rid of the collected dirt..Terrible engineering. Waste of Money- Total fail – Same as other reviews. Don't waste your money. Very little suction. I don't know how long the battery lasts because I am so disappointed in the VERY lower suction that when I go to use it, I just stop and place it back on charger. I have a 12yo Ozito handheld W&D shop vac that still has 3 times the suction. Won't even pick up lint and dust in a… Read more
sliding door rail or along Scotia (or skirting) in the home ( with or without the attachment). I paid cash and lost the receipt so couldn't take it back to Bunnings for a refund. ABSOLUTE JUNK!
Good Buy – Great little vac for those quick jobs. Easily holds a charge and lasts for a long time. Has great suction and is very easy to clean. Well worth the purchase, Show details
Not flash – Had a ticketty-boo Dyson sticko, the silly duffer missus dropped it & it went deadways... Enter my man shop - bunnings. Thought mr xmas had rocked up when I saw an apparent bargain, but like a turd in your weetbix, the results were poor. Barely holds charge for any more than 5 minutes & I have greater sucking pressure from my flight. 1 star is being generous. Show details
Not as bad as other reviews – Other reviews noted. Bought this $37 Dirt Devil to store next to my fireplace for quick and easy clean up on a textured brick hearth and surrounding timber look tiles. Started off great, then I did notice loss of suction as others have described. I read the manual and discovered that there's an inner filter that was full, emptied that and the… Read more
Dirt Devil was back to sucking as much as the previous reviews!! I wanted cheap and easy handheld as I don't feel the need to trash an expensive brand with ash dust and this little devil has ticked all the boxes.
Don't Buy – Initial charge time states 24 hours, it's been charging for over that but the green light still hasn't come on. I was desperate to clean my car so I attempted to, it powered on fine but suction is not good. This is going back to the store! Very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for. Show details
Don’t buy this – I bought this Durt Devil thinking it was a great idea but I was wrong!! I opened the box and everything looked good but the two parts barely even click together. Once you finally have got them together, you will start vacuuming but is sucks up almost nothing. Don’t buy it, buy a more expensive one that will actually work!! Show details
not happy – doesnt pick up as good as i wanted doesnt seem to hold charge long had one before but a different brand and thought id give this one a go but not really impressed with it think i will give the hand held ones a miss ,stick to something thats got plenty of suction Show details
Unfit for purpose, in a big way – For $39 I wasn't expecting anything brilliant but this machine is completely useless. I bought it for vacuuming scattered bits of kitty litter off carpet and a canvas mat so I wouldn't have to pull out my proper vacuum cleaner twice a day, and the suction is so low it can't even do that. Plus, bad design means that vacuumed debris gets stuck in… Read more
the holder and doesn't come out - even after a few minutes of shaking there's still stuff in there that cannot be moved. Used once - cutting my losses and taking it back. :(
