company added a free Antioxidant Botanical Gel Cleanser and that is one of the nicest and gentlest cleansers I have ever used.

5 stars and no less! – I used many aha/bha glycolic products (also trained an have Diploma of Beauty Therapy) and this one has to be up there! 5 stars! Great branding (the name is "Dope" hehe) and love the colour of the packaging.. another thing I'm a sucker for! Thank you.

It works, it's affordable. Please do not change the formulas! – Thank you Dope, these products do not upset my extremely sensitive skin. I have noticed visible changes since using this kit for about a month, and others have commented on how clear and bright my skin has been. I had a small order issue but it was resolved quickly and without drama. The delivery times are a little slower but that is due to them making the products fresh before sending. :) THANK YOU AGAIN.

Terrible because after just shy of four weeks I still don’t have it!! I’ve had parcels from across the globe in a quarter of the time to get this from another state. Given up and now asking for a refund. Won’t ever use again.

to be sure and read all the glowing reviews on their website but that should of been a red flag for me as they were all 5 stars only so the company obviously only shows these reviews. I bought products that are meant to be shipped within 2-3 business days. Their website states: "after receiving your order we will usually have your order ready for dispatch within 2 - 3 business days" I waited almost a month with one response to an email and then no response to my second email. How is this not illegal with false information on their website about shipping terms? On top of this, the packaging is flimsy and within 2 weeks of getting the items the cap off the mask treatment broke. Overall i've been using these products for months now and I have had nothing but trouble with my skin, no change whatsoever on pigmentation and I have had massive breakouts on top of this. All it's turned out to be is an expensive face cleanser and I just feel like I got scammed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My account was debited for a full skincare package and 10 days later, the order status is still 'awaiting fulfilment' and none of my 3 messages have been responded to. It's a fair warning sign that they don't have a phone number. Suspect I havd list my money.

Edit: the store reached out to me after seeing this review and rectified the issue. Original: Have only received 1 of 3 products I ordered and paid for. Have tried to contact customer service 3 times and have had no replies. The regional eye cream/gel is nothing to write home about ‍♀️ I don’t recommend.

Terrible customer service – Terrible customer service, still waiting for my products after several emails no reply, ph does not have a message service so can't call them. Only got a response through shop after I lodged a complaint through Afterpay and they placed a dispute. I will not be a returning customer.

Poor customer service. Zero response! – I’ve placed and order and have sent numerous emails and left messages with the online bot with zero response. I have been waiting for my product to be shipped. Still waiting. I had read customer reviews and many said their customer service and response was terrible. Well now I believe it. All I am looking for is an update on where my product shipping is at. for me to review my products they “sent me 14 days ago”. I thought this was strange as my order tracking hadn’t been updated since it said on its way on the 20/12/23. I emailed them and received a fairly fast response from [Name Removed] stating the warehouse reopens tomorrow (3/1/24) even though nothing on their site mentioned any closure. I then received another email on the 7/1/24 again asking me to review my products they “sent me 19 days ago”. I emailed again saying I don’t have my products and again [Name Removed] replied saying they were waiting on a shipment of packaging and it should arrive tomorrow and my order will be dispatched. I still had no updates on Aus post or shop so I emailed back on the 9/1/24 asking for an update and I received no reply so I messaged the chat on the website saying I’ve got no products and I get emails asking me to review stuff I haven’t even received and asked for a refund. Pretty much within a few hours magically my shop updated and it had now been shipped… I finally received my products on the 18/1/24 (a month after I placed my order) and the boxes of the serums were damaged but the products were not damaged and it has a card in there wishing a “dope Xmas” even though Christmas was almost a month ago by this point so I’m not sure why that was in there when they hadn’t even sent my package until January…

I still decided to give this a go as I had run out of my old skincare and I wanted this to work as I’d seen good reviews for eczema prone skin. I used the products am/pm as instructed and the first couple of days were okay but then after about 3 days my eczema was one of the worst it’s been ever my face was so red and sore and flaky where my eczema is. Safe to say I’ve stopped using these products and am using only eczema cream at the moment and since then my skin is finally calming down. I really wanted this to work for me especially considering it was such a mess around to even get the products however I will not be repurchasing and I think the team needs to do a better job at communicating with customers about their orders.

Loving Dope Skin – I was struggling with dry skin and just felt my skin tone was off. I have been using Dopeskin for 3 weeks and can see such a difference. Love love love this product

3 days later (Day 14) I had to submit a refund request with PayPal to finally receive action.

It was a stressful experience and time consuming.

If I do receive my order and the products are great I simply won't be going thru that experience again to re-order.

It was so painful.

express shipping or a refund as I now have to buy new skincare, I had zero reply. The skincare wasn’t shipped that day. 10 business days later it finally arrived. By this time I bought new skincare and had no response back to my email. When I checked social media there pages are covered with people asking where their orders are. I don’t appreciate having no response and even more, not the solution I asked for. I’m not stuck with $100 worth of products that I do not want.

Does not sit well under make up – Serum and moisturiser doesnt sit well under make up, makes foundation and BB cream ball up and rub straight off. Skin doesnt feel moisturised after using. Wouldnt recommend

I think Dope Skin only show good reviews on their website and hide bad reviews. Not a very honest company as far as I can see.

Reduced acne in two weeks – I’ve been using the AHA/BHA serum for two weeks and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my hormonal acne, the inflammation has gone down and the congestion in my pores around my chin and T area has cleared up immensely. Will definitely be purchasing again

Absolutely try this product – My skin has been red, inflamed, suffered cystic acne, I have tried so many things and finally at 20 I was recommended dopeskin care and I’m so happy I spent the money because my skin after 2 weeks has dramatically changed, I have never tried a skin care product like this that has worked this fast and made my skin feel so smooth, it’s made me feel so confident again.

Amazed at how fast it is working – I have been using this kit along with the glow tonic daily for just on 2 weeks and there’s a considerable difference in my facial pigmentation and dark spots from the sun. I wasn’t expecting to see progress that fast at all . Highly recommend
