The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

It lathers well, it seems good value for money, it makes my hair feel soft and shiny, and best of all, my sensitive scalp is no longer sensitive or itchy.

Customer service on the website does not reply after weeks and weeks and it’s only when the manufacturer says to get in touch with customer service, so around it goes again. Several actually arrived completely empty and most contained too little product to even try. I have, I am very pleased with this cream in particular which smells lovely (it reminds me of the scent from a marshmallow complexion soap bar by a famous vitamin company that I used to use many years ago as a teenager - it is no longer available). Because the smell and texture is so nice, for once I am likely to stick to using it every day. Along with the matching cleanser and toner, my skin feels more 'together' and it bounces back. It is baby soft to touch and that is the type of result I didn't expect so soon after using it for the first time. simple to use and the tutorial videos are very consice and straight forward (I recommend these over the paper instructions as they have extra hints and tips). I use the almond long insta nails and it takes around 1.5 hours to 2 hours from start to finish including removal which takes the longest amount of time. I have already repurchased additional products, I feel like I have become much better in my application already and it’s so easy to produce salon quality nails. The team at Emiko is also very quick to respond online if you have any questions!
