Dead just a few months after warranty. Likely cause is battery. They don't sell replacements so you end up having to buying AliExpress/Amazon knockoffs that advertise twice the amp hours, which is physically impossible. Poor quality product, poor support, not replacement parts. Eufy is essentially a cheap knockoff brand at an expensive price. We used to have a Xiaomi and it was much better and lasted much longer. we would have to pay $99 to send it off to their technicians and then it would be assessed and we would be quoted a repair bill. This seems to be a common issue with this product with the vacuum just randomly malfunctioning once the warranty period is over...what a coincidence.
We were actually looking at purchasing a dreame automower for our yard but there's no chance we're doing that anymore.

Was initially unsure whether to get this or the Roborock qrevo L on Amazon prime day but decided on the Dreame as I previously had a D9 which lasted for 4 years before needing major part upgrades. purchase. It is smarter then my old D9 that often wonders into exclusion zones or gets stuck the L10s gen 2 have not had those issues.

Unknown leaking issue. Sent back to repair centre and waited for 1.5 months to get the unit back; however, they claimed no issue was found. After 2 months, the problem seems got worsen, turning my robot to a small boat. without getting the brushes, stuck and mop decently not just drag wet rags around. I’m pleased to say this does the job. we have an automated and mapped out in the house and every second day without fail. The tanks are large, and I only find a need to change them every 2 to 3 mops. The only thing we have to do is to lift the kitchen chairs up and put them on the table. Otherwise, it manages to go over rugs and Carpet without any issues. The only thing it can’t do it get up our laundry door lip, but that is 16mm hight and can be fixed with a small lip ramp.
The best gift I’ve ever given myself… – This robotic mop vacuum has fast become a very valued member of our family. Truthfully, I don’t know how we lived without it. I highly recommend this product to everyone on the planet.

Not suitable for a house. Maybe a small apartment. Don't bother with support – Put simply, the Dreame vacuums are not suitable for a house. We have found ours will suck up dirt and get clogged because the Dreame don't have any sensor for when they're full and will not empty until the end of an entire clean. We are not a filthy house. But my partner's hair can be found around (just like anyone's) and our Groodle barely sheds anything (which will track in dirt from outside).
I'm had to tell me parents to search elsewhere for a robo-vac as they have 2 golden retrievers, and if it can't handle a single house with little mess, it won't handle anything more.
We have to manually empty the robo unit's container after every use (and the last rooms it tries to clean are poorly done because the auto empty into the main unit won't work when full)
I did raise this with Dreame whose support is terrible and they had me send the entire unit back, ignoring the reported issue of the container filling up (which was never going to be fixed by sending back, but they wouldn't listen). They fixed one thing (replaced a damaged roller which didn't need the whole unit sent back and was unrelated to the container issue), gave me wrong information and after so much back and forward (EVERY question you ask is responded with "I will forward this to the repair team" and delays anything happening for a few more days whilst you get a half answer back).
And finally, they asked if I was satisfied with how they had solved the issues (which they hadn't at all and would have the exact same issue when it got back), I asked to speak to a manager who could better understand the issue I was having as they just could not understand the problem. They responded by literally telling me there is no one to speak to and they're sending it back anyway. Problem unfixed.
So now I have an expensive vacuum cleaner that does an OK job, but is not worth the money because of poor design and requires constant manual emptying and vacuuming of areas.
I would recommend finding another supplier with better support and more capable device. Dreame are all talk.
20/10/24: Update - Dreame contacted me to do a second repair locally, swearing to communicate with me before sending back to make sure the issues had been resolved. They refused to answer any follow-up emails, ignored phone messages and just sent the device back. The key point here, they TESTED the unit and said it passed (I could see remains of their test so know they did it).
You can see from the attached image that they have tested and serviced this device TWICE. But look at the newest video uploaded of cleaning a small "1.7m x 2m" low pile carpeted area. It's a full unbroken video showing an empty bin at the end, a quick vacuum, an auto empty and it failing to empty the bin.
Thankfully Harvey Norman have agreed to return this device. And I warn anyone looking at Dreame to avoid. As even if our device was just faulty, their customer service will do nothing. I'll be posting this video around on social media to too, as it's a joke that this is what they call working as intended.

manages the mopping water clean and dirty reservoirs is great. It even navigates our 1cm rise into ensuite easily and for the bathroom entry where the rise is too high I can have "multi-floor maps" and I just close it into the bathroom after manually placing it there and it thinks it's on a different floor and cleans that room easily. There's even an undocumented feature to allow you to easily clean the mop pad landing area so it's just a really amazing gadget - intimidating at first sure but you'll learn all the options in no time. It's ALSO a personal in house security monitor (where you manually control like a remote controlled car through the app) with 2 way voice conversations possible so I could literally be overseas and have a conversation with my house-sitter.

they do is read from the manual if you phone the hotline number ,and the app could be more user friendly. Better technical help would really be appreciated. There are a few minor problems that are not resolved. There do not seem to be any stockists for parts, accessories or cleaning fluid in WA.This matter needs to be addressed swiftly as it is generally 2 weeks waiting to get delivery from the Eastern states. I notice that Ecovac and some other brands do have parts in the stores that sell the devices.That is a plus for their sales technique as people need spares and do not want to wait for a long delivery or pay extra for delivery.

2/3/4/5 times automatically. Great product. MY floors have never been so clean and the best bonus feature of all, it can lift the mop pads and vacuum the rugs on its own. Most robo vac's at this price range either mop or vacuum, not both. The unit it taller but slimmer than most and has a auto use detergent bottle which is awesome.

but floor's look so much better, not embarrassed if people just drop in now. Mopping feature at recognising hard floors and carpet is great, and obstacle recognition and avoidance brilliant, has not got caught up or vacuumed anything it shouldnt. Does not get all rubbish off carpet like a barrel or handheld upright would, and naturally can not get everywhere due to size. But does a great job if regularly used. Hopefully performance continues to impress, am extremely happy with my Dreame.

Works very well if you take the time to set it up properly – Excellent overall. Does a very good job of vacuuming tiles and carpets, but cannot get into tight nooks and crannies of course. very full (have to manually empty which is easy enough). Have not tried the mopping yet. The App is relatively easy to use, but could probably be made better with time. You need to put in some time at the start to program it well, but after its set up it hen follows the plan precisely every time. The robot leaves wheel lines on plush carpet, but keeps it clean if used frequently, so the lines are not a major problem in this context. Don't leave things like socks and clothing lying on the floor as they will get tangled up in the robot and stop it until untangled. Great use of time-saving technology overall, but you do have to occassionally maintain the robot instead which is not too hard.

I usually like to put chairs and stools and small furniture and pot plants up so that the robot can get around easier and do a better job. Dreame Robot cleaner - L10s Ultra – So far, the L10s Ultra has been worthwhile. Although it has a carpet cleaning function, it is almost useless. Fotunately, 80% of my house has hard wood floors.
Save me lots of time – I have had my Dreame Robot now for a couple of months. I absolutely love it, it does an amazing and thorough job. warranty repair as well as the device being lost in transit. I have finally received the device back from dreame only to find it covered in buffs and scratches. Also when the device actually works I find the mop function to be very poor and generally makes my floors dirtier than what they were to begin with.
