additional spot cleaning on a small area of carpet on the day of the mould cleaning, however when this work was not detailed on the written quote received. I called customer service to confirm this work would be done and was reassured that it would. Another technician arrived to complete the mould cleaning and advised that they could not in fact complete this additional carpet cleaning work but did arrange for someone else to come the following day. The mould removal appeared to have been successful, but I was disappointed to have to thoroughly clean all of the tiles in the bathroom which had streaks of cleaning fluid residue left on every wall. Unfortunately, I had to make a complaint about the technician who came the following day to spot clean the carpet due to their unprofessional behaviour and unsatisfactory work. Customer service was helpful in sending out yet another person to remediate the small carpet cleaning job and for this reason, I am giving a two star review instead of one. Mould has returned on the tiles in the shower area less than two months after the work was completed, with customer service advising that no guarantee on results can be made in wet areas, nor any warranty claim honoured. Disappointing.

apart, which I've had done previously for less money than this 15 min basic clean. The mould hasn't been removed, I still get symptoms whenever I run the split system so I still can't use it, because of course it hasn't, it's not even possible without taking the whole thing apart. The guy left dirt tracks all across my main room and I ended up spending more time and effort cleaning that than he did 'cleaning' my split system, and I paid $250 for that privilege.

within a couple of hours. That turned out to be 48 hours. I should have pinged there was an issue when the sales rep, the quote and the booking team all continually referred to the timber laminate as vinyl planks. I corrected the sales rep and the booking team that I had timber laminate not vinyl planks. Thankfully they were able to accommodate my 10 day timeframe but it would be split over two days, first the laminate flooring followed by the tiles two days later. The first day the operator contacted me to advise he was running thirty minutes late. Upon arrival I confirmed with the operator that he was there for the laminate floors. He said no, he was doing the tiles. That was an issue for me swapping the days however a work around was sorted. Work was completed satisfactorily. Two days later the same operator turned up and told me he was booked again to do the tiles. Thankfully he sorted that at the office and he came to clean the vinyl planks. I reminded him these were timber laminate not vinyl. Turns out he was not qualified to work on those. Another call to the office and the job was postponed however payment was then demanded for the completed tiles from two days prior. Later that day I was contacted by the booking team and rescheduled for one week later. You would think that would be the end of the issues however two days before the final scheduled appointment I learned that Electrodry did not have my job scheduled for completion. I tried to cancel however there was nothing in the system to cancel. A manager later called me to sort the issue and offered to try and reschedule the days appointments in order to satisfy my booking. I declined and stated I had no faith in their coordination systems and would not use them again. I was satisfied with the cleaning but the coordination and booking processes fall way short of expectations.

What happened afterwards was even more disappointing. After I posted a negative review about my experience, the owner of Electrodry contacted me directly, apologised, and offered a full refund if I agreed to remove the review. transparency regarding the risks involved has left me feeling completely let down. I have been left to cover the repair costs myself ( 7 K ) to have my property re-painted.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Prospective customers should proceed with extreme caution and ensure they fully understand all potential risks before agreeing to any mould treatment work.

Had these guys repair the tired finish on our deck. Sean from Lismore turned up on time, knew what he was doing and did a great job, including a few extra places not included in the quote. Highly recommended.

We have had builders in the apartment over a number of months and our media room's carpet showed signs of neglect. We initially thought about replacing the carpet but decided to see if a good clean would work.
