The products are good. The service is terrible. They got my order wrong. Two months later I still can't get a refund and there is basically zero communication or customer service.

doing its job protecting the mattress, trapped a bit too much heat for me. I had to take it off because I was waking up in a sweat. If you're not a furnace like me, I'd totally recommend it, especially if you have an older mattress you want to protect and refresh. Just be warned, it might not be the best choice if you tend to run warm!
