I got mine a week ago and i couldnt be any happier i'm 86 yrs old and struggled getting out of bed now i'm up early and in no pain . I got a king single and got a queen size for my daughter her and her husband are so pleased the daughter has no pain in her back and has no pain all day they are truley amazing i would recommend them to everyone thankyou . Show reply

My husband and I have had really bad backs for years we have had ours for a week and already we are both getting up with no pain at all I couldn't believe something could be so good would really recommend it to anyone with bad backs it really is unbelievable. I have tried many different mattress toppers, which non has helped at all infact some made my back worse. I am THRILLED to say that the Super Sleeper is FANTASTIC. years reduced my meds. I NEVER give excellent reviews unless the product really warrants it. This product is EXCELLENT in my opinion. It is easy to set up and use. Simply take out of protective wrapping and dispose of wrapping Well done SuperSleeper and a HUGE THANK YOU.

a faulty defected king size topper (of which I supplied extensive photographic evidence to KLEVA). Due to my size & explained physical challenges (along with the bulkiness & weight of this item), sadly after 4mths of trying to persist, there REMAINS a huge, immensely uncomfortable lump/bump right down the centre of the topper (that is NEVER GOING to resolve). As a result, I’ve been totally isolated to one side of my king size bed & essentially forced to sleep on my side (which has caused additional significant neck & back pain). As a (small single living female) that is unable to work due to chronic illness & also physically injured/impaired following a car accident (& in turn a struggling disability support pensioner), I’m now being expected to somehow condense & pack this heavy bulky product back up to return, then carry it into the post office & then also foot the outrageous cost to return it. As this is a FAULTY ITEM WITH A MAJOR DEFECT, the company can not legally expect a consumer to cover return costs! EVEN OUTSIDE THE 120 DAY TRIAL PERIOD. Particularly given the size & weight. I WAS initially offered a replacement to be sent out (without the need to return this faulty one). Upon asking for a refund (as you are entitled to according to ACCC guidelines), I am now being told it must be returned (AT MY COST) & that they will only provide a credit note. I no longer trust this product or the company & want ALL my money refunded. I will NEVER shop with them EVER AGAIN. Now approaching a MONTH of the customer service email centre either NOT replying for many many days & certainly NOT getting back in a timely manner & it’s appalling. This is NOT a change of mind purchase, it is a FAULTY DEFECTED PRODUCT & consumers have every right to a FULL REFUND without the absolute inconsiderate back & forth nonsense I have been fed (over a month now). The 120 day trial period is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT & legally overridden when it’s a FAULTY DEFECTED ITEM. This is in no way the fault of the consumer! This is 100% fault & cost of the seller to absorb. This is also a VERY OBVIOUS & VERY REGULAR COMPLAINT made by consumers, who have had the misfortune of trusting that a company would adhere to basic legal standards! Why offer to send a replacement, NOT wanting this initially returned, yet as soon as a request for a refund is made, all of a sudden you MUST have it returned AT MY HUGE COST (to essentially throw in the bin). You are being dishonest & acting in bad faith, making it insanely hard for a physically disabled pensioner to have basic consumer legal rights adhered to? It’s DISGUSTING & consumer affairs will be getting involved if this is not resolved VERY SHORTLY & with some human decency!
