Disappointing pans for cooking scrambled eggs, steak anything that could stick does. I add butter and most recently oil to try and stop the eggs from sticking to the pan. Never put in the dishwasher, hand washed and have to soak the stuck egg off every time as half the egg remains on the pan. Cannot recommend for this style of cooking. I have the Per Salute Non Stick collection of pans. Show details
“Lifetime warranty” FALSE ADVERTISING. Worst pans I’ve used Kmart sell better non stick frypans. Warped very quickly even using their “guide” basically don’t use the pan ever if you want it to last. Non stick - what non stick everything sticks. Estelle won’t even replace or refund. Steer clear of Estelle total cr#p. Show details
By far the worst pans I have ever used. One of the pots has randomly bowed in the middle and now looks like a football. Because of this it no longer sits flat on the cooktop. When I raised this issue, I was told the pan was not warmed correctly and that this somehow damaged the coating. I find that explanation very disappointing. This is a… Read more
consumer kitchen product used on standard household appliances — not in a commercial kitchen by professional chefs.
A pan should not warp simply from normal household use. If it does, then the product is not fit for purpose.
I would appreciate this being reviewed properly rather than the issue being attributed to incorrect usage.

Pan warps and there is no even heat distribution. esteele have said this is normal due to use. Show details
Design flaw - handles that disintegrate under heat over time – Did not live up to Lifetime guarantee. We have a set of Essteele saucepans which we love, they were a wedding present in 1994 - a gift of the what was meant to be the best of Australian manufacturing backed by a lifetime guarentee. They were not cheap either! The suacepans we love, but the handles don't handle the heat from a stovetop (a clear… Read more
design flaw) and are now cracked, loose - very dangerous. I would love to keep the pans and get new handles, but Essteele does not make them anymore - understandable given they are a flawed design. After submitting my Warranty claim, I was told that they "can see that the handles are showing signs of exposure to direct heat" no surprise there, they go on a stove. And rejected the claim I wish I could recommend Essteele. But these handles are dangerous and Esteele won't stand by their product to fix or replace.
Excellent cookware – I’ve had my set of Essteele Australis cookware for around 10 years. I use them regularly, if not most days and they’re as shiny as the day I first bought them. I have 3 different sized saucepans with 20cm steamer and 20 cm double boiler, 28cm non stick skillet, 7 litre and 12 litre stock pots, 30 cm covered sauté pan and I recently added the 34cm… Read more
Per Sempre covered wok to the collection. Bought most of them from Peter’s of Kensington at amazingly discounted prices. Silicon handles on all pots and pans are as good as new, I never use a scourer on them. Any minor stains on cooking surfaces and tarnish on copper layer on base, I use a little Gumption cream cleanser on a moist paper towel to bring them back to brand new appearance. I can’t understand why there are so many negative comments on here. Perhaps a case of the old “ A bad tradesman always blames his tools “ saying.
Poor quality – Purchased the three set of fry pans from myer in Dec 2020 and the non stick has already started to peel Really poor quality on my opinion from what use to be a good star standard quality. Wouldn’t purchase again Show details
Very bad customer service – I bought a per salute multi cooker in August 2021. It has been used and cleaned with extra care. I recently found there are some stains (or something peel off) on the cooker. I am concerned if it is safe to use if something peels off from the cooker. I left an online enquiry on 9/6/22. The response is "Currently we have some team members… Read more
experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and we are unable to respond as quickly as we would like to. With a smaller team working, you may experience delay in receiving a response to your enquiry, however please be assured we are working hard to respond to your enquiry." I replied and asked for a timeline in terms of getting a response. Unfortunately, there is no reply after 10 days. Then, I sent a message on FB and of course no response. I am a fan of Essteele in the past but feeling very disappointed this time for the product quality and customer service.

Poor quality and slow, unhelpful customer service – Cookware does not perform as described. Despite the Bo’s saying cookware compatible with induction - it is not. Poor quality, loose handles on lids of saucepan set. Unhelpful and extremely slow customer service. Brand position does not reflect poor quality products and experience. I will not buy this brand again. Show details
Follow-up · I am still using the pans but considering replacing them soon. The handles on the top of the lids regularly become loose and need re-tightening with a screwdriver. Appearance wise the pans look quite scruffy. I feel a paid a premium price for a budget product.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Essteele customer service. I received one of their pans as a gift and noticed the base was bowed/warped when using it on a flat cooktop. When I contacted Essteele, they initially asked for my receipt so the issue could be assessed. However, after I provided it, they refused to help because the product… Read more
had been purchased in November and the issue had not been reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Because it was a gift, I had no opportunity to inspect it within that timeframe, and the issue was not immediately obvious before using it. Despite this, Essteele would not assess the pan or offer any assistance.
What makes this more disappointing is that the packaging promotes a “European Manufacturer Lifetime Guarantee.” Given that claim, I expected the product to be durable and the company to stand behind it. Instead, the response was simply that nothing could be done due to the 48-hour policy.
This was actually my second Essteele purchase, as I was very happy with my first pan. Unfortunately, based on how this issue has been handled, I won’t be purchasing Essteele products again.
By far the best non stick pan and wok! – I have chosen this product as I the previous non stick pan hasn't let me down (stainless non stick pan), my ex now has this pan and needed to buy a new pan and wok (both non stick), so I'm a return customer! Bought both on 50% discount, which is good as these are expensive. Both items are the latest in non stick technology, and so far I'm quite… Read more
impressed. The WOK is amazing and I just love the pan, both perform brilliantly! The pan has a green indicator that glows green when the pan is hot enough to cook, love that feature!
My last pan, I had for 2 years and no issues up to the last time I saw it. these pans do last if you treat them with respect. No issues with the handle at all.
5 Stars from me
***This pan finally died, lasted 3 years, ie: the nonstick coating only lasted 3 years, the rest of the pan is in perfect health. Would I buy an expensive nonstick pan again, NO. Has it been a good pan for the last 3 years, YES. 5 stars as before. Now, I would only buy the stainless steel pans expensive, not the nonstick!
Best Saucepans I have ever used – These saucepans are excellent. Easily the best saucepans I have used. I have had the full set including the 2 big stockpots for almost 20 years. We originally purchased the original design with the black plastic handles and the adjustable vent on the lid. After about 4 years the 18cm pan started to delaminate near the copper base section. I… Read more
phoned "Better Cookware Brands" and they replaced the saucepan with a brand new one free of charge, no questions asked. The replacement was the new design with the stainless steel handle with the grey rubberised grip section and no vent in the lid. After 10 years the 20cm saucepan started to delaminate in exactly the same fashion as the other one had. Unfortunately I could no longer find the purchase receipt after 10 years. That didn't matter, they again replaced the saucepan free of charge. That was after 10 years and I didn't have the receipt. In the intervening 10 years since receiving the last replacement, they have performed flawlessly.
In use these saucepans cook beautifully. They cook beautifully and even and you don't need to use high temperature settings, very often. They simmer beautifully. It is very hard to burn food in them and stick it to the bottom. You really need to get it all wrong to cause that to happen. On the few occasions we have burnt food and stuck it to the bottom (like falling asleep with the stove on) they clean remarkable easily. The burnt food basically falls off, if you give them a good soak in hot soapy water.
Highly recommended and I would happily buy them again if I had my time over. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Despite other comments to the contrary, I have found the customer service to be exceptional on both occasions I have had warranty claims.

Absolute rubbish, I doubt this fry pan is made in Italy, more like PRC and then assembled in Italy. 3 months old and handle is falling off and can't be tightened. Despite using over a low to medium heat the non-stick has already started sticking. $30 pan from the supermarket is way better than this garbage.... Show details
I bought Essteele expecting premium quality for the premium price, but the product has been a let-down from day one. For something that claims to have a lifetime warranty, it feels like you have to treat it like a fragile ornament instead of cookware. Any scratches or overheating? They’ll just tell you it’s your fault – “user damage” is always the… Read more
excuse.
Unless you plan to protect it like a newborn and even customise your cooktop just to meet their terms, you’ll find their warranty useless. Definitely not the durability or customer care you’d expect at this price point.

Bad Product – Don't recommend Essteele. We bought six pieces from the black Essteele range from Myer who I would think had reputable products. There is nothing non stick about them and we've had to throw the pieces we used the most out after one year due to corrosion on the inside. Waste of money. Better off buying non stick pans from Aldi and stainless steel cookware from Scanpan.
Quality Made In Italy Cookware. Easy to Clean – Very impressed with my Esteele Per Vita cookware. Exceptional quality made in Italy. Nothing sticks. Is easy to clean. Heats up fast. Handles don't get hot. Should have bought these years ago. Highly Recommend. Show details
Lifetime guarantee is legit – I had a set of estelle saucepans for about 25 years and the copper base started to come away from the steel. I wrote to them and showed them photos, and they replaced the whole set, free of charge...and that's after I used them for 25 years, with lots of wear and tear. In my experience, Estelle do live up to their lifetime guarantee. I am very impressed Show details
Useful and good – Great set of Essteele Austalis, compare to other set I have. Got it just months and my wife is happy and using it with no problem. Hope it last for years! Show details
never buying this brand again – Unfortunately one of the pots was warped out of shape, I've used the pan twice within accordance of use. I contacted Esteele for a swap or refund and they simply refuse. Very disappointing customer service. Show details
So disappointed.Esteele saucepans – Purchased these beautiful saucepans from David Jones and used them for cooking last night on my new induction hob. The handles become too hot and in the small saucepan, I was mashing some stewed apple. Looking at the internal of this saucepan, it is all scratched. This has never happened with any other brands I have owned. There was no mention of handles too hot to lift off without a pot holder Show details
Lifetime guarantee is false advertising – I have a set of Essteele saucepans which I chose because of the lifetime guarantee. They were very pricey, but the guarantee convinced me it was worth it . The handles have begun to perish and are now cracked and loose. I would happily have paid to replace the handles, but Essteele does not make them anymore - possibly because, as some of the… Read more
reviews here note, they are prone to cracking? After submitting my Warranty claim, I was told that it must have been care-related due to exposure to heat (!!) or caustic cleaner (never) and that it therefore wasn't covered. I'm very disappointed. If you are going to offer a lifetime guarantee, then you need to be able to ensure parts can be supplied for the period of the lifetime guarantee or offer complete replacements. I've also read here that other customers have had replacements supplied for the same problem (cracked handles that cant be replaced), so why is it so inconsistent. It seems to depend on who assesses the claim and I clearly got the wrong person. If the saucepans hadn't been so great up until now, I would have given a 1 star review - with replacement handles, it would have been a 5-star. Unfortunately, saucepans are useless without handles. Sadly, I will no longer be recommending Essteele to anyone, which is what I was doing before this problem.

I purchased a pack of 2 Esteele Domani frying pans from Myer today – I haven’t used the Domani pans yet but I notice on the larger 26cm pan there is a circle around the cooking base. Is this normal? There is no circle on the small pan. Regards, Debra
Essteele - Pans that last a lifetime – I purchased a collection of "Classic" pans & saucepans about 1975 to 1980. Purchased them one or two at a time. They were not cheap, but bought them on special. I have Lge & Small Frypan with lids, 3 different size saucepans with lids. A lge saucepan with vegetable steamer and a small milk pan without a lid. All are high polish stainless steel… Read more
with attached copper base. I have looked after them all these years, and they are all still in " as new " condition. Alas, I recently broke a saucepan handle......... Grrrrrrr........ I am unable to find a replacement part. Guess they are nearly 50 years old. Just wanted to say how pleased I have been with them. ( They have lasted me 2 wives )
Customer service doesn't exist/Supposedly lifetime warranty – I filled out an online warranty form on 12 Feb 22 and this is the response I received within few minutes 'Currently we have some team members experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and we are unable to respond as quickly as we would like to etc'. I followed up with a couple of follow up emails 18/02 and 28/02. I have not receive any further response since… Read more
that first email. I am sure COVID-19 doesn't last that long and some of the team members would have recovered by now to respond to my enquiry. I bought the 30cm per domani covered wok from Myer and it was perfect in the first 8 months. After that the inner lining started to peel away even though I only use a wooden spoon to cook. The up side was that the wok is lightweight and so easy to clean and made my life easy, I was thrilled with it until it started to peel. It has a supposedly lifetime warranty and it did not last even a year with proper use. Bottom-line, non existent customer service from Essteele and fake claim of lifetime warranty.

Absolutely love Essteele saucepans and frypans. Beautiful quality – Some of my products I have had for many many years and they are still in great condition. The handles are completely safe, they do not get hot while cooking. The pans are reasonably heavy but still easy to handle. Obviously they will have some weight in them simply because of the quality. All of my Essteele products, Stainless and Non stick are super easy to clean. Their Customer Service Team give 100 per cent. Show details
Dont buy, becomes ugly fast – I have been using this cookware for a few weeks and the surface becomes quickly marked with fuzzy splotches and brown burn marks impossible to remove. Images show the difference between a ten year old (well known brand of similar price) steel copper based fry pan, and a 3 week old Essteele fry pan. Show details

Amazing!!! Per Salute Hot Plate – Cooking a lot of flatbreads and pancakes, I have had a few 'non stick' pans and persevered with them even though they did stick - l assumed it was user error - but now l have the Essteele pan l am shocked at how non stick it actually is - buckwheat pancakes - no oil - simply puff up (not on other pans) and glide off! As a passionate home cook l am delighted with this pan. Bought 1/2 price at Myer Show details · 1

Excellent product and service – I’ve had my saucepan set for over 30yrs, last week I had a problem with a saucepan. I emailed Essteele they answered within a day, I sent photos and details, they sent me a voucher the next day then the following day my new saucepan arrived. I’m so impressed with this company and can recommend their saucepans to everyone Thank you Essteele for honoring your guarantee Show reply
