Poor customer service and communication – I ordered my set in early to mid November. Received the order two days before Xmas. One box is missing so we are unable to build my set. Company closed. Not good enough in my view, paid $2500+. Disappointing Xmas for three kids aged 4, 6 and 9. 10. The kids check the door daily waiting for a delivery. Despite the missing box they lack communication about delivery. Had to email them to ask if I’d even receive it in time for Xmas. I get more updates from Target after spending $30. I regret the purchase. Couldn’t tell you about the product itself because I can’t use it. So it gets 1 star.

Used every day. Quality is amazing – So glad we bought these. A little work to put up but the design is very clever and so any “tricky parts” are kept to a minimum. Before it arrived they sent us videos with tips for set up- this was very helpful! Looks good in the backyard and gets used multiple times a day. We all use it and I can already see improvements in kids coordination and my own strength. Show details

Dangerous! Terrible service!! Look elsewhere – They came told me what they had to do, didn't do that, dangerous installation, wabbly, sharp dangerous pieces left hanging out for the kids to hurt themselves on, swing dangerously close to retaining wall, put together incorrectly so the whole thing swings and moves under the kids weight. he left it like this, the second couldn't do anything, the third time tried to fix it but it wasn't something they knew how to fix! Unbelievable! Cost me 4 days of work muck arounds and leave. It's just a swing set for crying out aloud. Never again.

So good! – Relatively easy to put together and really sturdy when up. Like other things, the kids haven't tired of their set, they are on it everyday. Even my husband and I use it for exercise! Really excellent Aussie product. And if you are in WA visit the FMB showroom it's AMAZING! Show details

Easy to install, great quality, gets the kids outside – I purchased the Tamarin plus set with nest swing in February. It arrived about a week later and was very easy to set up. There were no missing parts and instructions were clear. The set sways a bit with use (especially when the swings are in use) but is great quality compared to other playsets and monkey bar sets out there. I love how the kids use… Read more

it everyday, multiple times a day. I love how I can use it as an adult of 90kg, even the swings. Great for keeping the whole family fit and hanging out together outside.
