Similar experience to others here. Very poor customer support. The app is terrible. You have to be standing over the top of the lawnmower for the lawnmower to connect to the app. The lawnmower doesn’t seem to charge when left at the charging station. It can be at the charging station for days without running and then when you manually try to start it, it tells you it has to charge. This is a truly hopeless product. Not a time saver at all. I would like this thing just run automatically every day, but by the time you’ve fiddled around with it to try to get it to start it’s a less than weekly exercise. I just don’t have the kind of time that it takes to use this kind of shoddy product. Buyer beware.

Mower is okay, Customer service is terrible – When first setting up the mower it would not operate. It was left on the charger for a couple of days to ensure battery was fully recharged. Still the mower refused to work when paired to the APP and would not respond to commands keyed in on keypad on the mower. I believed the issue was maybe in the battery and contacted Gardena for help, The response I got back was appalling, they basically stated not their problem, I should pay for a replacement battery and went as far to say that i purchased the mower second hand and their would be no warranty.
In fact I had purchased the mower from a reseller and mower was brand new, box never opened and all tamper proof seals in place.
Fortunately the reseller has a lot better attitude than Gardena representative Leanna and helped guide me through getting the mower correctly.
Buy from Gardena?........ Never again.
