most days. I use the multiple zones function to allocate time between front and back. I used pet fence wire to extend the wire that came with it for my bigger lawn and it works great. It goes all the way around my front yard every time it goes to charge. I have the base under my deck. The rain sensor seems accurate enough for me, it does cut when it is lightly raining but heavy rain will send it back. Saves a lot of time mowing :)

wish I never purchased this item because you are at the mercy of their installers and the installers in my area don't know how to install this product. It hasn't worked once - not once. The original installer said he was coming to fix it and didn't. I had to call the company and they sent someone else. He admitted he isn't properly trained so I purchased an expensive machine with a warranty and can't get anyone to help me. I have spent nearly a year trying to get the company to stand behind it's product and/or refund me and even though they have admitted it's an installer issue, they pass me from person to person and I have not gotten a remedy. I couldn't be more disappointed in the integrity of this company and would caution anyone from purchasing this product. I wish I could weigh in on how the mower works, but since it hasn't mowed my yard once, I'd say it's a fail. I will keep going up the ladder and exhaust all avenues to ensure others are warned and that this situation is remedied.

up is annoying and programming zones takes forever due to how inaccurate the wireless system is. Wish we did more research before buying because it seems like a common problem with this mower and the free app with people saying the dealers have different options when programing making it easier and more accurate not sure if that’s true or not

and it sucks at being that. Needs to be babysat more than a new born baby. If you leave it on its own, it's utter chaos! It bumps into an object, moves back half a cm then tries to ram the object that it had got stuck on and ends up tearing up grass and digging holes. If only it had a forward looking sensor. Oh wait, it does! Unfortunately this system (called "ACS") is more useless than the mower. It fails to see anything in front of it and will drive straight up onto your foot if you let it. It's marketed as being able to see and dodge children and animals! Stevie Wonder sees better than this nearly $300 add on. Overall a very disappointing experience with this thing

from Ecovacs has been terrible. The first problem, it was making a very loud knocking noise and stopping. Had to take the whole unit into the retailer and they had it for 5 weeks. The retailer rang for us to pick it up and we had to connect it to wifi and remap the whole yard (quite time consuming and clunky). After getting all that done, plugged it in and charged it, whole LCD screen didn’t work for us to check that the original problem had been fixed. We also had no communication saying what had actually gone wrong with it or what they had fixed. Then had to pack it up again and take it in to the retailer for a second time and again, I have had no communication from them for 5 weeks now. I’m wondering if they are keeping it until it has run out of warranty. At the moment, I have 3 Ecovacs robots but I will never buy one again

it's bit of a gamble, purchasing though a Australian physical store helps with service and warranty issues but I think does not cover software issues

require a wire setup, similar to an electric dog fence. After we set up the wire and did some test runs and adjustments, it works fine. I would recommend.

constantly getting caught or trapped which needs human intervention. That is understandable, what isn’t is when you send your unit back for repair.

I’ve purchased 2 x Luba 2 and also have a test Luba 3, all need repair. Luba 3 was sent back middle of Jan… one of the Luba 2s is due for pickup, which is taking weeks, and the other Luba 2, I’m still waiting on the service department to advise what is wrong and when it can be sent back.

3 machines, all busted and needing repair or replacement. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

lawnmower to connect to the app. The lawnmower doesn’t seem to charge when left at the charging station. It can be at the charging station for days without running and then when you manually try to start it, it tells you it has to charge. This is a truly hopeless product. Not a time saver at all. I would like this thing just run automatically every day, but by the time you’ve fiddled around with it to try to get it to start it’s a less than weekly exercise. I just don’t have the kind of time that it takes to use this kind of shoddy product. Buyer beware.
